Martín is great. I have always got really tight back / neck / arm muscles - sadly from too much work and stress rather than exercise - so don’t be put off if it’s not a sport-related issue. There are very few people who can apply the pressure I need and know exactly how to identify the sources from which the pain is referred to try and tackle the root cause. Martin is fab. If I won the lottery I would have him on a weekly retainer !! He’s also just a good guy and funny. Recommend !

i've been working with Martin for over 3 years and cant recommend him enough. i am a personal trainer and exercise 6 times per week and have come to him with many issues associated with training in this volume. He has greatly assisted me in everything including and not limited to a torn pec muscle and many other lower body complaints associated to imbalances and poor flexibility.. His knowledge of the human anatomy is second to none. Best therapist round here by a country mile.

Martin really knows his stuff. He will listen carefully to the issue, take the time required to truly find the cause and set about solving the issue. He gives advice for exercises and stretches that can aid recovery or strengthening the weak area.

Having struggled to find someone good locally for sports massage I tried Martin and am very glad I did. Extremely knowledgeable and good at what he does.
