I bought the Joie Spin 360 GTI R129 Car Seat today and I was very impressed by the service and the product. Simon, the sales assistant, was very patient and knowledgeable. He showed me how to install the car seat in my car and how to adjust it for my baby’s comfort and safety. He also explained the features and benefits of the car seat, such as the 360-degree rotation, the multiple recline positions, the side impact protection, and the Grow Together™ headrest and harness system. He answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase.

The car seat itself is amazing. It is easy to use, comfortable, and secure. My baby loves it and so do I. It is worth every penny and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality car seat that will last for years. Thank you, Simon, for your excellent service .

Big thank you to Callum who made my son’s day, I went in to buy my son a copy of Thor’s hammer and as excited as my son was he was even more excited and amazed when Callum who was serving on the till pretended like he couldn’t pick it up and asked my son to pick it up so he could scan it. I adore Smyths Toys. It is like walking into a toy shop of dreams. There is so much choice and most of the time they are really competitive on prices. I have had some amazing deals here and the store is always kept so tidy and organised. They are always well stocked and I never see empty shelves. There is a whole range of toys from big brands to cheaper alternatives that are also good quality. They have so much choice and cater to every age range, even adult man children. The staff are great. They are always friendly, helpful and chatty. Like I said, I love this place.

Fantastic experience today at Kidderminster. Purchased a ride on car for my little girl staff couldn't be any more helpful even helped to Carry it to the till and then to the car so I could push her in the pram. Thankyou !

Big place, good selection. Prices seem reasonable, but can probably be beaten online (but that is always going to be the case- it costs more to run a nice shop rather than being just a warehouse).

Definitely the best choice for toys within Wyre Forest, to be honest the best west of West Midlands and beyond through to the Welsh coast.
