A lovely detailed cosy atmosphere as you would expect in a spiritual place like Glastonbury. Very polite staff, my roast beef was exceptionally good and tasty! The soup was lovely, too. My family had no complaints here. I will definitely be visiting again. Love Glastonbury 💚

I booked for Mother’s Day and came here with my parents for Afternoon Tea. Needless to say we were all seriously impressed with every aspect.

The atmosphere was really lovely and the staff were kind, knowledgable and attentive.

The afternoon tea itself was really tasty and, looking at some of the other options on their menu come to other tables such as the soups and roast dinner, is definitely the place you could visit over and over.

I am Coeliac and was perfectly prepared to not have afternoon tea with my parents and pick something else. I was very impressed and surprised that they had a full gluten free afternoon tea, which was really amazing, and multiple other options to choose from.

Overall a great experience for Mother’s Day or for any other occasion and we will certainly be back.

A lovely dainty little cafe in Glastonbury high street. We loved it here and the service was great and very quick!

The sandwiches were gorgeous and so were the scones - highly recommend! Also they have a big selection of cakes and the Heck’s apple juice is lovely.

This little place is worth a try if you need a bite to eat after looking through all the shops in town or just on a general day out 😊

Lovely place, clearly loved by local people too, very tasty quiche and fresh salad. Cakes looked lovely too. Next time I’ll try the scone!

A proper tea room. It's definitely worth stepping back in time. It's back in time so don't expect vegan newness. Veggy yes though.
All homemade and delicious, don't need to say any more.
100%.

Lovely place with, an interesting crowd, had a couple visiting from America, seemed to be a fair few nationalities at the tables. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and willing to help with everything. This is a cosy place, was busy while I was there, I'd usually be agitated and want to escape as soon as possible but thanks to the professionalism of the staff and the type of customers attracted here, I found it a nice visit. Fair play would love to visit again someday.

Very tradional English tea room. I can only comment on the celebration tea. The smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches were very good, and nicely prepared. The scones with jam and clotted cream were the best scones I've had in a long time. The fresh fruit tart was just that beautiful fresh fruit and lovely pastry. Loved the rocky road. Rounded off with a nice pit of Earl Grey.

Super good experience here, delicious food and friendly staff. The scones taste so nice and they are even better than I had in London cost about £70 afternoon tea but here you only need to pay £8.5! And I forgot my sunglasses when I leave, the staff run on the street and bring it to me. Thanks a lot.

We had the most incredible meals, a table of 5 of us, who all had different meals, could not fault a single thing! Very friendly and helpful staff mixed with a really great atmosphere, made for a very enjoyable visit!

We visited today for my birthday, as I wanted afternoon tea in my favourite town! Amazing food; the sandwiches, scones and cakes we loved all of it, as well as the tea and coffee. Fantastic customer service too, our dog was welcome and was given a bowl of water. Will definitely come again :)

A quaint, authentic old English tea rooms! If you're a tourist visiting Glastonbury and want something traditionally English and slightly less new-agey, these appropriately named 'Abbey Tea Rooms' are the place to go. They carry the authentically quaint feel of wooden beams, mismatched China, and lace tablecloths with a generous and flavourful tea time menu. I greatly enjoyed my cream tea (with warm, soft scones!) and the coffee was delicious too.

Cozy spot with lovely service and great food!! Before lockdown, we always visit for lunch or tea and cakes (or both!). Then in May had a takeaway Sunday lunch!! Beautifully presented and served up on china plates etc all in a tray to carry. We sat in the car with roof down on the way to Launcherley, facing the Tor and tucked into one of the best Sunday roasts ever!!

We visited here for afternoon tea. We loved their traditional British interior and the friendly staff. Booking is essential for lunch time or it might be difficult to get a table immediately.

Comfy cosy tea room serving great food and teas. Refreshingly free of witchcraft, UFOs, ley lines and jesus. Conveniently located next to a bus stop.
