Unfortunately ordered a bed (labeled as king) paid for it and booked delivery , on the morning of delivery got a call saying the driver was ill (couldnt be helpped happens to us all) and they now couldn't deliver it till the following week explained that it was needed urgently he said he would do his best to get it there befor the date to his credit he managed to get it to us , when we finally set the bed up after a long wait it turned out to be a double and the screw provided where also the wrong ones. In the end they had to come pick the bed back up which they did and fully refunded me.

So although I didn't get the bed we needed they still where very professionally and did all they could so would use them again and hopefully be better experience

Very poor quote for a house clearance, £630 for content they want. Cost £600 for removing other stuff. Net was £30. Attempted to bully into acceptance but unfortunately for them my partner and I know a thing or two. we said just take what they want for £630 then. They disappeared and phoned back an hour and ten minutes later to say they couldn't do it due to "cashflow" and that they had a commitment of £1700 the following week. Sounds like one of the "something for nothing" brigade to me. Bad luck!!
Advised to avoid...

I was asked to Whatsapp pictures through of items I have for sale. 3 times I messaged asking if they were interested, and 3 times I have been ignored. Not a very good way to do business. I won't go there again to look for items to buy.
