I ordered for delivery, the avocado and egg bagel with a hot chocolate and a rocky road cake/bar. The bagel is the best bagel I have ever eaten, the sweet chilli jam was a lovely addition. The hot chocolate was so nice too, not watery or super sweet like other places provide. The rocky road cake/bar is huge and delicious too! Thoroughly recommend

I absolutely love this place! The peanut butter goo bars are insane, but also the brunches are fantastic - the bacon, avocado and egg bagel 👌🏻
It’s such a lovely place to sit and have a coffee, whether it’s inside during the colder months or outside in the summer, you will always feel so welcome.

Yes, it is in a gym, but they have outdoor seating in the summer and with coffee this good, I would drink it anywhere!

Highly recommend ordering on Just-Eat, food is delicious and the drinks are yummy. We originally planned to sit in but weren't aware the cafe is open plan with the gym, so we took away instead. Not a place to sit and enjoy a coffee when someone is dropping weights a few feet away.
Great place to go if you are attending the gym on the same visit. But if you want to go somewhere to work or your laptop, catch up with a friend or read a book, this isn't the place for you.
The description of the cafe says it's in CrossFit but I think it needs to be advertised more, the first image needs to show that it is an open space and not an enclosed business.
Definitely order online though, the food is outstanding.
