Sound 4 Pro Audio

So I've been hit with a room, a big room to dj in and I need longer cables I went to visit Sound 4 Pro Audio ,I was not at disappointed, honest, open with just tons of knowledge . If you're looking to be dealt with effectively and professionally go and see this Man I promise you will not be disappointed top marks all round , hence the 5 star rating.

Paid for a P.A system in June 2023. Which was meant to include dollies for moving it, which I had paid for and was on the invoice.
I didn't receive any of the P.A until the start of September.
Richard made excuse after excuse.
I had told him I had multiple jobs booked in with the P.A which I lost because he lied so many times and told me the system was en route, when it wasn't.
He wouldn't provide tracking information ever!
I initially wanted to make payment via credit card or debit, but he only accepted BACS transfer, even though I found out after he accepts card payments, now I have no choice but to bring it to court.
I receive some more PA at the end of September.
Then I ask him about the dollies.
He says they are en route, so I ask fro the tracking information, which he obviously doesn't give me.
I send him multiple more messages over the next couple of weeks which he doesn't respond to.
He hasn't fulfilled my order and won't get back to me.
I have reported him to trading standards.
It's January 2024 and I still haven't heard back from him or received the rest of my order.
I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Pulled out of doing sound 3 days before our wedding :( Not recommended!

I’ll cut a long and painful story short. We took ages getting a revised quote out of Richard after COVID forced a change of plan. Excuses were many including he needed to know whether our entry song was on Spotify or YouTube (No idea why that would make a difference to the cost…) When I said it was really time to finalise the quote with 3 days to go he threw a strip at being chased and pulled out! THREE DAYS BEFORE our wedding!

I found someone else, nearly half the price who did a fantastic job. When I asked this other guy if he needed to know whether the music was on you tube or Spotify he said that made no difference to his quote. Go figure! At least Richard had the decency to refund the deposit - 3 weeks after the wedding and following a threat to go to the petty claims court! Can’t advise against strongly enough! Not a pleasant experience at all.
