My brother was buying new stuff for his new house and asked me to go with him. We found the staff there very friendly and helpful 😀

Great day out lots to see and do, the food is not cheap but that's just normal for these types of places.
Disabled access is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great shop for your homely needs but check when you buy. I recently brought two items only to find bits missing

Always enjoy coming here. Everything has its own little place. Tidy and easy to find things although sometimes when you go through the entrance it smells of BO

Always a great range of products, but the place just isn't big enough for everything, although they always try to keep it tidy. Staff are helpful & I usually find something to buy, from DIY to pictures, garden items or hobby bits n pieces.

Large variety of products in good quality and price

One of our favourite stores in London, but this one is even better as it has a wider range (no pun intended) then many of the stores we've visited before over its 2 floors.

Staff are friendly and there is ample parking outside

A good shop for homewares, curtains, towels etc. It's very easy to buy lots of stuff you didn't know you needed!! The store had a good range of everything home related at reasonable prices. Not top quality but not pretending to be either. I bought a tub of Dulux paint which was the same price as elsewhere but meant I didn't have to travel to get it.

Christmas decorations and displays will forever and always be top tier.

Went to the range for the first time today looking for a beach shelter (rather last minute and in this heatwave, they are like gold dust). The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us.
The best service we've ever had in any store. All the staff are great, but special thanks to Mark!

Great place if you want too refurbish the house ha ha 😂

On day of my visit I was greeted by a gentleman at the cleaning station. Not sure if he was a security guard or member of staff... either way he was very pleasant and polite and was nice to engage in a bit of conversation. The store was not overly busy so was able to do my shopping relatively quickly. Went very smoothly at checkout, so all in all I feel worthy of 5stars.

Good products, some pricey others not but plenty of choice, wish they would price everything as sometimes half the stuff has no price on the shelf.

Love this place, they say "if we don't have it you don't need it " take it with a pinch of salt but they do stock a lot of v great items. I love searching through the pictures.
The stock varies from pet items to bedding, curtains, electrical, plumbing, DIY, motoring, household even wine and bear making.

Always has what I am after. Excellent range of products and prices
