The staff are always super friendly and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. It's a great place to find gifts and buy some lesser available beers.

Went in to pick up a few beers on a Friday and they had a gin tasting! Their new pink gin was nice and they served it in a cocktail with prosecco.

I'd recommend the place as it has a good selection of beers, wines and spirits.

Also good home-wares section so the shop is generally useful to pick up some gifts etc.

Excellent selection, friendly and expert staff - Stamford is very lucky to have a proper wine merchants still. If you're a fan of the vine or want to expand your horizons and knowledge you should make a visit!

This has to be my favourite shop in Stamford, great selection of wines to suit all pockets and the staff are brilliant they have so much knowledge of their wines and are always keen to share with you that knowledge and if you get home and don’t like your choice take it back and they will change it for you.

Excellent own brand Champagne available in half bottles. Came especially for it. Also good low alcohol Beer. 10% discount for a case ( and also MoD)

When I lived in stamford, this was my off-licence. So much cider. And you look much more impressive turning up to a party with Adnams then you do with something from your newsagents.
