Quality company, highy recommend.

I called F&C on Monday was advised on some questions, this was quickly followed by a quote and further advice on email. It's now Wednesday and the goods have been delivered by a friendly driver who called before arriving to give his ETA, and also helped offload all the fencing.

Extremely friendly people. It looked as if they offered free hot drinks, but I was too shy to ask. The customer service was really good. The man who served me was knowledgeable, polite and did not pester me with too many questions. Someone named Adam was also really nice and helpful. The shop is very spacious. Furthermore, the man who assisted me recommended what I needed as opposed to what was the most expensive. Honesty and common sense displayed by members of staff usually results in repeat business.

As a family we drove passed a few months ago and recently our daughter as taken an interest in horse riding. I called up in advance an explained our situation and within minutes of turning up we were attended to. We came away with new set of riding gear a very happy child and both my wife and I were more than happy with the service a wonderfull country store 👍👍
