Pets Corner

I shop here regularly for my cats and my rabbit. They have a great range of products for all types of pets. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. If you need advice, they are very helpful and have good knowledge about pets and the best products for them. I really enjoy shopping here because the staff are so friendly and they really do care about animals.

Called in for some speciality biscuits for our dog, Angus.

The customer service at pets corner in wells is amazing! Had my staffys nails clipped by a wonderful lady who really took care and made my dog feel comfortable as it was her first time. Also, Abbie was wonderful, she was friendly, informative and really took her time to make sure I purchased want I needed and made myself and my dog feel extremely welcome. Can't praise the staff at Pets Corner at Wells branch enough!

Use this shop all the time for all my dogs needs! He has a very sensitive stomach and the staff have always been great at recommending the best foods for him. If ever a food has not agreed with him I have always brought it back to the store and they have been happy to return it without a problem.

The girls in here are very friendly and knowledgeable. The range of stock is amazing. You can park in their car park for 30mins. Happy Days. Rosalyn xxx

I have a rather fussy cat, I found the staff at Pets Corner in Wells very helpful and found a suitable food that my baby loves, I chose
N&D dried cat food, when my cats happy I'm happy 😁😸

Always a pleasure to shop in the Wells branch of Pets Corner. Staff are super friendly, the store is spotlessly clean, the products are top quality and you can park outside! I will also add that we have tried many, many brands of guinea pig hay and this is the best so far - the hay is very fresh and soft.

The whole interior is easy on the eye, all of the stock is well presented and the layout flows nicely through the store. The dogwood grooming section looks amazing and would definitely be happy to get my dog groomed there (if I had one!).

A few members of staff were being trained when I visited and it sounded thorough and informative, all the staff were lovely and happy to chat to any customer who entered the store.

A lovely pet store. Not the cheapest but stocking some really lovely items, we brought 2 new coats for our Jack Russell. A good selection of treats too. We went in early afternoon and it wasn't that busy but staff were really helpful. It's a bit out of the way in terms of the town centre as you probably won't just come across it wandering round the town but it's well worth seeking out if you have a fur baby.

Really enjoyed going round the store and seeing the wide selection they have to offer. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and really helped giving me free nutritional advice about my dogs diet.
Will definitely recommend everyone to take a visit if they need any advice about their furry friends.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We were served by a lady called Dicks C. She was very helpful and gave us really good advice. We have been to many pet stores but never one with staff wanting to help and take interest. Would recommend to anyone struggling to find the right products for your pets.

normally an advocate for shopping local and with independent retailers, but Pets Corner at Wells is changing my opinion. The staff are most helpful, accommodating, always welcoming you with a friendly smile and a warm "hello". Prices aren't the cheapest but the range is superb and as my dog can only have grain free treats, chews etc this is the place.

Really lovely store and helpful, friendly staff. Great range of better quality products and we buy our dogs Yora insect based food from them and she loves it. Some great play toys aswell to choose from. Easy to park aswell if just popping in.

Really excellent advice. Abbie was incredibly patient as we tried different harnesses and helped understand sizing and whether there was room to grow. Also really helpful in recommending leads

Amazing staff, one member of staff stayed with me for over half an hour and didn't try to rush me out the shop, got a new puppy and got plenty of good quality toys. Even our other dog enjoyed a pamper at Dogwood!

Excited to have pets Corner closer to home, I was a regular customer in their store in Cheddar. Staff are always helpful and very well educated on foods/products they sell,I've learnt alot from the girls in the past, nothing is too much trouble for the staff who have a genuine interest in their customers and customers pets. It's great to have you just down the road!
