I feel like I have to leave a comment cause the team here is just amazing. Literally everyone who works here make such a big difference to the whole grocery shopping experience. They're always pleasant, treat you with kindness, do everything they can to help whatever the issue is and it's not coincidence as our family have been regular customers for years now. So thank you everyone who works here, you guys are wonderful. Hope Sainsbury's appreciates you as much as we do.

Second time at Hinckley. Certainly a bit different to Rugby, not least with the elevator but clever the way the trolley locks onto it to stop it rolling away.

Assured by a customer and by a member of staff that the parking restrictions didn't apply after 6pm so didn't need to scan the receipt before leaving.

Hope that still applies.

Very large store with all the usual produce and a large clothing area.
On the first floor but with escalators and lifts.
It also forms part of a larger shopping complex. Large carpark under the store either paid parking depending upon the length of time stayed or on a voucher for free parking.

Nice well stocked shop with hot meals and drinks available in The Restaurant Hub. Pleasant staff. Free undercover parking for 3 hours.

There’s nothing bad about this shop (Sainsburys Hinckley) friendly staff these a staff member called Venesh there’s twice he’s helped me get something that I couldn’t find and at first I thought I wasn’t able to get the item but coming to the end he finds it in the end he’s such a good helper. If you ever need help looking for something go and find Venesh 😁

Useful place for those odd items that other supermarkets do not stock. As a price and quality aware shopper, I have to confess that I do shop elsewhere. However, my experience of Sainsbury's has always been a good one. Their stores are clean, bright and spacious and the staff they employ are most helpful and polite. It is good that our local store also has a cafe and an Argos on site.Update 30.04.22. Still okay! Update 08.12.22 went again and still good. Upgraded rating to 5 stars as we were helped by a brilliant hand on staff member and got an incredible bargain on a pullover for myself! 15.11.23 Went again into the store and was served brilliantly by a lady who gave us helpful advice about an aApp that can be downloaded to store all your store cards on as I had forgotten my Nectar card.

Shop here every week, very easy and usually everything we need!

Plenty of undercover parking, free if you’re using the store for less than a couple of hours. Nice big store with plenty of choice; clothing, homewares, toys sections too. Also contains other outlets in the open-plan store; Argos and food outlets coming soon

Only the second time I've visited this store is well worth a visit. Lots of clothes, good selection of vegetables, fruit, bread, cupboard food and freezer items. Lots of space in the Isles.

As someone who is passionate about self-checkouts, I have to say Sainsbury’s is home to the Lionel Messi of self-checkouts. The speed, the vision and self awareness to read the barcodes and recognise the product in the bagging area almost instantly is not even worth comparing to other checkouts, it’s a clear winner. To have been doing it on such a consistent basis for so many years as well, there is no comparison. Sometimes I come in just to use the self-checkouts. I’m 3 months behind on rent payments because I’ve spent all the money on visits to the self-checkouts. I was served a section 21 last week. In an unrelated note does anyone have a sofa I can stay on for a few weeks?
