I visited WHSmith in the Potteries Shopping Centre for the first time today.

The sole staff member was extremely helpful. Directing me to what I went in for and serving me promptly.

There is a post office attached to it, which although I didn't need, I could see could be useful.

The Potteries had ample parking and made it easy for me to pop in and get what I wanted.

Good shop to go to filled with all of the stationary you may need, Hundreds of books from fiction and non fiction, childrens to adults as well as cards, a post office and plenty more. One of my favourite shops.

Smiths are brilliant, but they really need to train their staff. Try getting an electronic cigarette from a guy standing under a 'Vype3' photo and he'll gladly sell you a first edition Vype without understanding that the 3 is significantly different.

I could spend hours in here. I just love the combination of books, art materials, magazines, toys, there's always something I want. The closest thing on the high street to an 'inspiring' shop.

Not may people were waiting to be served. The cashier who deltwith me made me feel very welcome with his swift service . Will visit there any time.

The male assistant in the Hanley branch was very helpful. He put my purchase through the self service to save me waiting in the queue as I walk with a crutch

This WH Smith has a post office. It's in the city centre. You can get all your DVLA and passport application forms filled and paid for here.
It's in the intu potteries mall and it always be has new things and offers.

The staff here were very polite and helpful and had the book I'd ordered in perfect condition.

Great store, clean, tidy and the staff were incredibly helpful. My only complaint is that the store was excessively hot.

It's shares the shop with the post office which isn't ideal.There is less choice of books now extra area is used by the post office.There is a quick service till to use yourself.

Good branch of WHSmiths that sell books, DVDs and all the usual stationary, news and mags. Sell lottery and scratchcards.

Whsmith has always got a lot of choice but it's very expensive in comparison for the same item at Asda. For instance, Mitsubishi pens.
