A good size store with a huge range of shoes for all ages. There are enough staff so there's usually no waiting around for too long. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There wasn't an issue with stock as they seemed to have most sizes in the different designs. This store is on Gallions Reach so there is a huge car park and free parking.

Sales lady (dis not take her name) was very informative and patient with my daughter who wears splints. The lady came out with a variety of shoes that could possibly fit her. I went on for 1 pair of shoes for 1 daughter and left with 2 pairs of shoes for 2 daughters and was even given a discount. If that's not customer satisfaction then I dont know what is

After a not so great experience at another branch of Clarks yesterday. I was expecting more of the same today. I was pleasantly surprised by the good customer service we
received today from Zaima. Zaima took care when measuring my daughters feet and made sure she was comfortable and happy before we left the store.

Excellent service & the sales person Nazibur put up a fantastic show. He was extremely respectful, engaging and very keen to sell shoes. Because of him, I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of different shoes. We honestly need sales people like him who can make you feel extremely happy & satisfied as a customer. Nazibur & team, keep up the good work 👍🙂!!

Store is very spacious and is not full of customers so you can be relaxed and look around for shoes. Has variety of shoes on offer and prices are in the medium to expensive range (£40 - £80).

Always friendly staff and very good quality shoes. And the sale is farly good if your there at the right time. so it's a must for shoppers to check it out when ever your at gallion reach.
