Today was my first time going to an EE store to upgrade my phone and Ridoy was a massive help and made the whole process very easy, he was very polite and professional and made me feel welcome. He did everything he could to help me and even got me a £100 off my upgrade so I didn't have to pay anything. Thank you Ridoy I really appreciate your help today, you are a credit to EE.

I recently visited the EE shop I needed some charges and I was greeted by this young man who gave me excellent customer service straight away he checked what charger I needed and find the right one I even went to my car and got the charger that works and he gave me a advance charger which is really good my deepest gratitude excellent customer service

Amazing experience from start to finish. Very attentive staff and in particular the manager saad i think his name was, gave us all the honest opinionated options served on a plate in the simplest of forms, therefore we are happy with the phones we chose, and would definately recommend.

Came to this store to get a sim upgrade and the staff member offered me many discounts. The staff named Ayman was incredibly helpful with this process, and I walked out the store a happy customer with a package deal which included broadband and a new sim deal. If you guys go to the store, be sure to look out and ask for him, extremely helpful and kind.

The staff at this store are exceptional, specifically Saad. He was so helpful despite me walking in 5 mins before closing, made sure to do everything he could to help me find a solution for my problem.
Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve received in general.

Great customer service, walked into store late evening near closing time wanted a simple phone plug charger not sure of type of USB charge type but staff could understand and guided me, despite other customers in store as well making bigger purchase they gave an amazing customer service to me very impressed indeed

I've probably opened about 5 or 6 lines with these guys over the years and service is always fantastic. Nothing is too much to ask for and they always go out of their way to make sure you're getting the best deal. I was served by Arif today and the manager also helped (there was also a Huawei tech in store which got involved in helping me make decisions which was really handy). They spent around 3 hours with me to make sure I got everything I wanted out of my visit. I would rather come and see these guys for all my phone and broadband needs rather than deal with someone over the phone or over the internet.

Excellent staff.. helped me understand my situation and gave a good deal. Shop has plenty of display models. Waiting area clean and tidy and COVID safe.
