Big car park free for few hours please check sign as they do have cctv for when you enter the car park and park in the lines ornyou will get ticket.... other than that there is more shops .... petrol garage .... food place here so is all in one place

Staff friendly and professional. Two kids, running around, (quite high tempo) kicking a football. Manager stepped in, not only did he ask them to stop, I observed him politely expain health and safety implications to parent. Also, didn't have the option I wanted, the server took the time (though shop was busy) to assist me, to look at alternatives. I went in, for one but brought two pairs. Something, not many other JD servers, take the time to do. I was impressed.

Helpful staff and plenty of stock

JD is JD!!. All the latest casual fashion at top prices while banging out the latest tunes. It's got good access and helpful staff. Stock is good and the very latest styles. I always feel like going out after I've been to JD!!

Very clean and attractive environment, good parking facilities available with lots of adjoining retail shops at the premises. The staff are very friendly and welcoming,especially in terms of ensuring customer satisfaction because they really helped us as a family when we paid a visit there

Visted the store this afternoon and I came across a really helpful young lady in The Foot wear section she gave me her full attention and was always smiling.Considering it was only her second day working for JD. Definitely need more staff like her :)

Store is really well organised clean and tidy,staff don't hassle you as you walk into the store which is nice,but they are really helpful when required.

Staff are very polite and attentive, store sectioned out nicely, free parking.

Much better now that the store moved to bigger location, a lot more variety and have sales on all the time, friendly helpful staff

Went in today 15/09/20 had ordered click and collect unfortunately the parcel didn’t arrive but the staff were all very professional and helpful esp Charlotte who gave customer care a call and was sorted 👍

Bought my granddaughter a coat here I'd call it teenagers paradise
