Brilliant 02 I've had 0ne issue with a phone since they began back in the day. Would seriously recommend them the staff are brilliant.very professional and courteous.

The staff are spot on even if you don't know anything about I.T. and mobile phones they make it easy for you to understand, and help you feel comfortable and less awkward. Andre was my assistant and is the perfect assistant helped me every step of the way(it was the Ormskirk branch by the way) I wouldn't hesitate to go back there or recommend anyone to use them 😀 🤜🤛

The service the staff provide in this shop is fantastic, for 2 weeks me and my partner have been in and out upgrading/pre ordering and collecting orders, each and every time we’ve been in there they have done everything to make us feel welcome and do everything they can to get us what we want, even when there system had gone down, we appreciate your help gents thank you 👌

I have been in to the O2 shop in Ormskirk this afternoon. I would like to thank Scott very, very much for all his help and coping so well with my lack of mobile phone knowledge. Scott set up my new phone and corrected some of the mistakes I had already made. He is very patient and kind, a great asset to O2.

superb service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Had some issues after ordering over phone but Chris, Andre and Kelly went above and beyond what is normal customer service to ensure my daughters phone was up and running on her birthday. Cant thank you all enough and would recommend this store to anybody. Thank you all.

I came to the shop yesterday and was served by Adam, he was amazing and really helped me through everything, he even put my new protective case on for me

Excellent service from James Barlow.

Had purchased 2 new O2 handsets online via my O2 account, but struggling to get them to work as the instructions were non existent. SIM cards, Sd cards and all the copying of contacts and data was successfully carried out by James.

A pleasant and satisfying experience especially now everything works.

Would thoroughly recommend this shop.

The staff are very very very helpful.. sorted out a decent package for me.. then 7 days later they sorted out a problem on my phone.. I have been a 02 customer for years.. this is the best shop that I have visited.. recommended

Fantastic service and advice from Matthew. As a bit of a technophobe he spoke to me in English. I followed his advice and am a very happy new O2 customer.

My partner and I went to the store my phone would not connect to the 02 internet and he was with virgin and was not able to get anything on his phone
The wonderful brilliant staff got both of us back up and working we are waiting until December when his contract is up and both getting new contracts BRILLIANT FAB SERVICE THANK YOU ALL
