Egan Dental Care - Private Dentists

I recently had to attend the dentist as an emergency, the receptionists are so friendly and do whatever they can to help I normally see De but she wasn’t in. I saw a lovely lady I think her name was Geta she was absolutely fantastic, understanding, caring I felt at ease straight way. I’ve always been terrified of the dentist and stopped going I ended up with bad tooth ache and found Egans they really are wonderful people. Thank you so much.

Appointment with Dee for Composite Bonding on my front tooth, was very noticeable and knocked my confidence, Dee done this for me and the results speak for themselves, lots of people now comment on my smile, have revisted Dee again today for tidying up my bottom set, great results once again, she is also honest and realistic with you about what results to expect, so thank you Dee....

Having emailed the practice the previous evening, I received a telephone call to book an appointment.
For 2 days I had had a Te Pe flossing wire stuck between my 2 upper back molars, I couldn’t retrieve it despite trying for 2 days! Thankfully Mr Egan found time to fit me in between his appointments and after a short while he managed to get the wire out, I don’t think I would ever, have been able to do it myself! I was so appreciative, another scenario of excellence and professionalism.

I hate hate hate the dentist. I didn’t go for years then I found a dentist that put you out. I went to him for 36 years . I moved to Birchington 2 years ago . It took me three attempts to keep my appointment. I have been three times and I can’t believe it. I am no longer afraid. The minute you step into the reception it’s calm and friendly. I go to the lovely Dee who has really put me at my ease I actually come out smiling. Only wish I had found a dentist like this years ago my teeth would be in a much better state.

Just had our 6 monthly check up all is well. Wife and I have been going here for years and the staff are always efficient and very friendly. Care is fantastic and advice 1st class in keeping dental hygiene up to spec.

I've used this practice for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. I have trusted my family dental care to Mr Egan for all this time and continue to use his expertise every 6 months. Great service and care.

I'd highly recommend Mr Egan. Really good dentist. Friendly and he knows what he's doing. Fills you with confidence that he wants to keep your teeth healthy, rather than charging for unnecessary work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Really excellent as always. The new hygienist Lucy was fantastic. Dawn over the lockdown was so supportive. And of course Dee is always lovely and so kind. Great practice

Very happy with the results from just one visit...All of the staff were friendly and I will be recommending Dee to anyone that is nervous and in need of a trip to the dentist.

Great dentist Mr egan and his partners all very good I would personally reconmend this surgery to everyone I have been a patient for 14yrs no problem

Unsure without finding paperwork if my son went to Mrs Egan but the lady we saw was wonderfully professional and very sensitive to my son's needs.

There were too many bad customer service experiences for us to keep attending this practice, unfortunately. We had been attending for years and gave them the benefit of the doubt when my husband was spoken to rudely about something that was in fact their fault, but when they also did something similar to me too without an adequate apology we decided to leave. It's a shame as the professionals themselves were good but some of the reception staff and the managements approach to customers were the opposite of what they advertise on their website.

I had a filling done on Monday the 10th. I am in agony since. Cost £ 150 .00 I had more than £ 150 worth of pain.Had a emergency review appointment, More XRAYS, ANTIBIOTICS ????? ABSCESS . MUST BE KIDDING anothe £ 50.00. How much more do I have to put up with this. NEVER WANT TO GO BACK. I WOULD RATHER REMOVE MY TEETH MYSELF rather than more pain and more fees to pay. "NO PAIN NO GAIN". I miss MR EGAN. He never caused me un nessary pain and suffering.
