Customer service from calling to book the valuation to Andy who came to do the valuation was amazing. So easy to sort and everyone I spoke to was so helpful - Both Kelly and Jane were so helpful and Andy was such a lovely helpful man. Would absolutely recommend :)

A very simple process to arrange the valuation. The valuer arrived exactly as scheduled - a very presentable, professional and generally lovely chap - Chris Baker. Valuation carried out on a Friday and the report received on Monday morning - excellent service - would highly recommend

Great service, Jayne was very helpful and explained everything to me when arranging a valuation , Chris did the valuation and the report was done quickly, both again helpful when had to extend twice more, then when had to get extended again recently to a long drawn out sale, and just about to complete, I had to again get in touch and Jayne again sorted quickly with the help of James who sent a cover letter for my housing association. So thanks guys, I have finally moved, thanks for all of your help, really appreciate it.

I wish I could give 10 stars. This is my 3rd time using McDowalls and they deliver excellent service every time. Jayne was so helpful and got me booked in right away. Mohammed came to do the valuation and was on time and extremely professional. They aim to deliver the report as soon as possible and anytime I rang I got through to Jayne who was able to give me an update. I would 100% recommend to anyone as they are the best!!!!

I decided to do Stair casing on my property and my housing association introduced few Property Surveyors company to me.

After I called and spoke with them, I noticed the Mcdowalls surveyors LTD is better than others, because of customer service on the phone and also better price than others.

The guy who came to my property it was very punctual, behavior, and definitely his professionalism.

Excellent service, Chris took time to explain the whole informal lease extension process which was the first time the process was clear to me. The report was submitted to our housing Trust the same day. I would have no hesitation in recommending McDowalls to anyone needing to extend their lease.

I have come across a lot of surveyors and in general my experience has been negative. The last surveyor I used to do a valuation survey for my shared ownership flat took several months and it fell through at the last minute.

I then asked my lawyer (James E Barnes Solicitors) to recommend a surveyor and they recommended Chris from McDowalls. He was exceptional and turned around the valuation report within 24 hours. Chris was communicative and did a top notch job on the report. His valuation of my flat was on par with the market rate and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
