Strawberry star is the agent of our flat. I am very satisfied of their services since day 1 we moved in. We had few damages in the flat and they fixed it straight after they were informed. Special credits to Valentina who is very responsive and supportive, as well as Marios at the reception of the Hoola building who is always available to provide assistance.

I must admit that the Strawberry Star Royal Docks is the best agency that I have ever dealt with. They are very professional and genuinely care about their residents well-being and provide an excellent service in order to ensure their residents are satisfied.
I have dealt with Jack who is a senior negotiator and the property manager Valentino in the past on many occasions and they have always been very kind and ensured that my needs as a resident are met.

We had conversation with Jack Singh over phone and he made our life easy with video viewing to rent the property. He was patient to listen to our requirement and suggest us the best house that suits our needs. Though we had to cancel our initial house due to covid, Jack constantly checked our status and updated landlord. He also made sure we never lose anything due to this pandemic. Our experience with Strawberry Star has been quite positive.

They have provided us with efficient and professional service from day one. They have made the process of moving to a new flat for us very smooth and in less than a week.

We had many questions as it was the first time we decided to rent a flat together. Even though we have asked them many specific questions, they were always very friendly and professional. In addition to that, they gave us quick responses.

The only situation that caused us some hassle has been the change to the break clause. For us moving into a new home represented a step toward stability, that we cherished because we are organising our wedding next year and we thought we had taken care of this chapter for the foreseeable future. We'd really hate having to add back this other heavy task for any reason that is not directly dependant on us.

I'd definitely recommend Strawberry Star.

Flats in HOOLA are the best flats we have ever lived at and we were very impressed with a letting Agency Strawberry Star, Jack already helped us to find 2 amazing where we stayed for 2 years then we made a mistake to moving to Gateway Tower and it’s the worst experience we have had. We felt safe with Strawberry Star and with Jack, now Jack is helping to find another flat to move back to HOOLA.

"The slightly" longer story"
Now I just read Will's post and of course I cannot comment but I have had a completely different experience.

Let's start at the beginning though. I was looking for a job in the UK and had absolutely no idea about flats, estate agents and how to go about this. Having been to the usual websites I thought I had found something and contacted Strawberry star.

This is where it gets special because Jack picked up the phone and we spoke about one or two properties that I liked, the ideas I had and what was possible for me to actually do in this shark pool "London" where properties turn quicker than the weather.

Jack realized that I was a bit helpless but full of energy to get this thing done and the fact that we had exactly one week to get this whole thing working didn't exactly help me.

But as you will probably notice there was the "JACK FACTOR". The guy is absolutely nothing short of amazing.

He went through my budget, my work contract and said: Look Chris! This makes more sense! Take a look at it. He sent me council tax rates, all sorts of information which came in very handy and "educated" me and due to the fact that all transactions had to be done from the continent, I wasn't exactly the "easiest" client in the first place. So he always had an eye on things to make sure I felt safe and sure about this.

Jack goes even further: He sets you up so you are able to survive in this completely new environment where you have enough challenges getting your feet on the ground and adapting to the pace of this city.

He also called and responded to me at hours where you would never expect it. It actually felt like he was taking this really personal.

If you are taking "the big step" moving to London, have Jack on your team. It is the only thing I can tell you because without this extraordinary help, I would have been lost.
