All the staff of the clinic is caring, understanding, accommodating and helpful. They have been supporting me through difficult challenges of my treatment. Had very pleasent experience with Dr. Gitana Balciuviene today 8.1.2024 at the Baltic Medical Centre. I needed examination as I suspected I had sinusitis, and knowing from previous experience, I most probably will need to take antibiotics. I try to avoid NHS at all cost, so Baltic Medical Centre were the only paid service centre among Baltic / Eastern European medical centres which offered an appointment on the same day. After examination Dr. Gitana confirmed I had sinusitis and prescribed antibiotiocs as I anticipated, and I started to take it on the same day. With NHS it would take me ages just to get the appointment, and most probably they'd prescribe paracethamol as they always do which is useless for sinusitis. So saved myself time, health and nerves. Very happy, will come back when / if need to see the doctor again. Thank you very much, Baltic Medical Centre!

I recently had a visit to Baltic Medical Centre and I was very impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and made to feel at ease. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and there was a short wait time to see the doctor.
Dr. Renata Karaliene was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained my treatment options in a clear and concise way, and answered all of my questions. I felt very confident in his care.
The rest of the staff at Baltic Medical Centre was also very friendly and helpful.
Overall, I had a very positive experience there. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of medical care.

I would like to say a HYGE THANK YOU to my best ever gynеcologist, Renata Karaliene. She is a highly professional and very competent doctor indeed. I have been struggling to get pregnant for more than 11 years - four IVF cycles, one missed miscarriage, premenopause, lots of tears and pipe dreams. Luckily, I met doctor Renata a year ago and after lots of effort (laparoscopy, IVF treatment, etc.) I am 14 weeks pregnant!!!!! God, bless doctor Renata Karaliene for all her help and mental and physical support!!! I wish I met her earlier. Highly recommended!

I saw Dr. Janina Bosco for an ear infection and I can confidently say that she is an outstanding family doctor! Her knowledge, expertise, and compassionate care truly exceeded my expectations. Couldn't get help on the NHS, pain was unbearable.

Ladies at reception were nice and friendly, I got same day appointment. The Dr took the time to listen to my concerns and conducted a thorough exam to diagnose my ear infection. She explained my treatment plan clearly and got a prescription and started the treatment straight away.

Dr. Bosco is an excellent family doctor, highly recommended.

Dr Renata Karaliene is an amazing doctor. She made me feel less stressed during my appointment with her as she has shown great professionalism and was not judgemental. I left feeling reassured that should I need further medical advice I could contact her. The staff was very polite and kind,so overall a very good experience.

Dr Gitana is highly skilled professional. As promised, got my blood test results the next day with a call back from the doctor.

Still on ongoing treatment, but can already tell that this doctor is very experienced and is way better than most of the doctors I’ve met in the UK.

Today I visited the clinic with my little girl for the scan, the child was scared because of past experiences, but Mrs. Elena was one of the best, with calm and professionalism I calmed the child, thank you from the bottom of my heart! Then the pediatrician followed, she knew what was needed and she answered my questions, which she was also very interested in being able to help us. I have experience with private clinics, both in the country and in London, but today I was satisfied with their attitude! we go to the clinic to look for the problem, but sometimes the polite attitude and positive energy helps to look at health issues differently! The lady who speaks Romanian is wonderful, thank you very much, the services provided are not free, but the good attitude is free and voluntary! Merry Christmas

Visiting clinic since 2013 for my own health checks and my kids. I am not expecting everyone to be super polite with me and be on their knee if I’m coming to private clinic - I’m expecting doctors to do their job which they are doing brilliantly. My recent experience was with Renata Karaliene and I’m absolutely happy. If I’ve had any questions, receptionists also were able to assist.

My family is very greatful to the Team at Baltic Med Centre. We came the first time back in 2015 and the amazing Pediatrician literally saved my child's life. Doctor Renata Karaliene from BMC is a wonderful and caring doctor. I had some problems after the operation, and most of the doctors I visited created much stress and panic for me. When we met with Renata, she was very calm and supportive. She explained different scenarios and the reasoning behind them. And we started the treatment. Luckily, we managed to cure the issue with antibiotics. And I believe it was solved because of Renata’s personal approach to me. It was the most comfortable and supportive communication with the doctor I have ever had. Many thanks!
