Excellent service from the entire team. Receptionists are helpful and friendly and clear on how things are done.
Drs are personable and explain in clear terms and only provide medication when necessary, but offer alternative suggestions. Especially helpful for children who don’t like medicine!
Friendly and easy service, with practice and helpful healthcare team. i have recommended this surgery to a number of friends and family already.. Based on my experience. I haven’t seen the same dr every time, however this hasn’t impacted/affected my care in any way and it isn’t a requirement for me. I’m sure the surgery would accommodate if this was a preference.

My father in-law is a patient at this practice, he is in his 60’s so I have to often reach out for support .
I can honestly say this practice has an amazing reception team, they are always super helpful, polite and accommodating.
In particular both Emma and shazeda have been fantastic!
Dr khan (lead gp) has been great, he the explained condition well and sent further sources of information.
My father always chooses to see Dr Nazir due to his ability to speak different languages and trusts him very much !

~ This review is sorely based on 'The Azad Practice', which is the 1st floor of the Boleyn Medical Centre. ~

This is the missus local GP, so I've been here with her many times over the years...

The location of this centre wasn't hard to find or anything, if you're local, getting here is easy as but if this wasn't the case, there is the local buses that go through here.If you were looking for like a train station, Upton Park and East Ham are you options.

The place itself is fine, it has your local GP feel, doesn't seem too old, it has enough seating for your average day, baby changing section within the toilets.

(Funny note, i like how the chairs have 'Azad' on the backs, i'm guessing the other levels of practices have stolen chairs from here in the recent past...)

Everyone who works here is super nice and friendly, respect them for that.

The practice over all is doing good apart from the girls at reception . Very rude and always argue with patients. I brought this matter previously to the attention of management but they did not care. Even today I had appointment for 10.40am, was at foot 10.30 but there was a long queue and the same receptionist was arguing with one patient more than half an hour . The receptionist doesn’t understand what the patient trying to say but she was raising her voice. I hope the management will keep on eye on this particular staff for the sake of surgery name.
It’s look like reception environment has changed and doing well.

This is the best survey in all over London. All staff is very kind and really very helpful. GPs are superb great. When ever I visited my GP I found half of my problem is gone without medication. They listen problem carefully suggest medicines referrals straight away. I have worst experiences from other surgeries and found this one is the best one. Love my GPs and staff. I wish them good luck in future as well.

I will give five, because I'm on this GP since I moved for this country and I can saying this is one of the best GP. Most the staff is very kind, helpful. But the only problem phone line staff the too longer to answer and to booking an appointment, especially online than I need an appointment for me, my two daughters the system patient access is not good for me, because the just let choose one an appointment and that is it.

Best service to date, infact whenever I've seen Dr Bhaskaran she's always been extremely considerate, caring and most of all never judgemental. Also just like to mention not all receptionist are bad, couple of receptionist at boleyn have been extremely considerate and wonderful June and Madhu, big help thank u guys, we need more people like u.

Generally everything is a hit for me. Been with Dr azad for 5 years. I've moved to Upney two years ago with my wife and 3 children and because I feel I get a good service I still choose to travel from upney to east ham.

Fantastic Doctors, always very helpful and patient when giving advice. They never rush to get you out the door. Thanks Team.

Great caring GP'S and staff members, also willing to do the best they can, even a phone Consultation and always hands on. To turn things around.

It's been 7 years with them and so far everything is good. Doctors are very considerate and professional. Will not rekon cuz it will become more crowded 😊

The GPs of Azad Practice specially Azad brothers of this medical centre are the best in the entire country, very professional, caring & honest doctors.

Doctors are kind and nice to talk to especially Dr. hallandulai and staff.
