White kitchen tap identical to our eighteen-year-old one that had started to drip - so perfect replacement. I can't say enough good things about SNH Tradecentre. I made a big mistake on the delivery address, so it ended up being delivered to my post code, but my neighbour's house. As my neighbour didn't recognise the name or the first part of the address, the gas fire ended up being taken back. I called SNH and they sorted the problem out for me along with the courier company - another 5 star review going to them too - and the gas fire was delivered safely to the correct address the following day.
It is so nice to receive good - no! GREAT customer service these days. I rarely receive it or witness it, so this was lovely, especially as the error was mine.
This company is in the UK, the phones were always answered every time and by a gentleman that I could understand. I called to ask questions before I placed the order, and obviously when my mistake came to light.

Joule unvented hot water cylinder purchased by my husband from SNH.

The cylinder is fantastic and very easy to install. It was supplied directly from the manufacturer and delivery was as stated within 3-5 days. When we did call for an update, SNH were very quick to get back to us after confirming delivery dates with the manufacturer. Couldn't get this cylinder cheaper any where else so that's also great!

Yesterday I ordered a Dimplex Stanbourne electric fire, along with a Dimplex slate mat from SNH Tradecentre. I was kept informed of the transportation and delivery of the item. Within 24 hours of placing the order I received both items. On unpacked the fire and reading the Operations Manual had a query in respect to the item and phoned them. They were extremely helpful and the query was resolved over the phone. I am really happy with the fire, the service and helpful manner staff were at the SNH Tradecentre. I would have no hesitation to use them again or recommend them to friends. It’s nice to see that the family ran company are so professional, helpful and more importantly competitively priced. The best plumbers merchants with the best prices

More than happy and extremely satisfied with SNH's handling and response to an issue I had with a gas fire that I purchased, and which arrived damaged during transit. A new gas fire is being sent promptly (with the damaged one being returned) and I strongly feel that SNH are going beyond expectation with customer care in terms of professionalism and consideration. A massive amount of worry and stress has been taken off my shoulders thanks to them (especially Juliet) and I would definitely be using their services in the future when the need arises. Their prices are competitive and their distribution network is prompt and efficient. It's good to know there are such companies that ensure potential issues and problems are ironed-out - and show they actually care for their customers. Thank-you very much SNH - and Juliet - for making my day and for going that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction!
