I have had a brilliant experience of ordering my cameras and screen for my camper conversion. Like most things Its a minefield to try and find out what you need. I'm glad I found Parking Cameras / Reversing Cameras UK and spoke to Martin and Chris. I wanted a dual camera to act as rear view mirror and also a parking mirror as my camper is quite large and parking is so stressful at the moment. Both Chris and Martin gave me lots of pre-purchase advice and I'm sure will help if I have any installation issues. With these guys I feel like I am getting a quality product and expert advice. I recently purchased a motorhome and the reversing camera image was far from satisfactory so I decided to upgrade to a twin camera and 7" mirror monitor.
I searched the internet and came across a video showing the exact installation I required. After watching the video I contacted Martine at RevCam . He was extremely helpful and recommended a suitable kit.
Being very nervous about carrying out "open Dashboard" surgery I consulted Martin several time, the help and assurance I needed was given on every occasion.
I also experienced a problem locating the connecting plug from the camera to the loom connected to dash monitor. At this point martin retrieved some emails and pictures he had received from a previous customer explaining where the connector is located (Thank you Brian Eaton for those and subsequent information) It all helped to make the installation easier.
If you are considering fitting or upgrading a camera system or parking camera LOOK NO FURTHER!!!

I needed to replace the existing black and white camera in my American RV which no longer worked and I was hoping to use the existing cable if at all possible. As it is left-hand drive this can be problematic, particularly in situations such as joining a motorway from a slip road when you are unable to get a good view down the offside and unable to look over your right shoulder. If you have been looking into buying a re-view camera you will know that it is a minefield and I know now that there is a lot of very poor quality kits on offer, which I was nearly tempted to buy due to the very cheap price, but I now know that this equipment is usually not even fit for purpose and certainly would not have satisfied my needs.

REVCAMUK kept popping up in my searches and having had a good read of their site which was so informative and really helped me in my effort to use the existing cable, I decided to contact the company and spoke with Martin Baldwin who couldn't have been more helpful. I needed an offside camera and a rear view camera and I wasn't aware that with multiple cameras the images on a monitor would be degraded on a standard system due to the multiplex needed unless an AHD system was used, which does not require one. I opted for such a system with a the two cameras and a 10” AHD monitor.
Having installed the system and just the rear view camera, the image was so bright and clear and the field of view was so impressive that I decided to speak with Martin again in the hope of returning the side-view camera and extension cable which I decide I would not use at the moment as it was barely necessary. He was a very accommodating and the return was processed quickly.
I am delighted with the help and service I have received from REVCAMUK and the products I have purchased. They provide high quality equipment with outstanding customer service. All my future vehicle camera needs will be from these people. Thank you REVCAMUK and thank you Martin.

And the moral of this review is "be careful when washing your reversing camera, but if not go to Revcam".
Washed my motorhome and the camera failed, so I did some research and discovered Revcam's faultless review history.
Asked a few questions because I was replacing a Waeco (now Dometic) camera which has a different connector. No problem, because Revcam offer an adaptor cable.
Ordered and received in a couple of days.
Went to fit it and discovered that the old camera had recovered.
Contacted Martin and was told to return the parts for a refund. Waited a week or so and the old one was still OK, so returned the new one.
Immediate full refund.
Service like this is so rare!

After a chat with Martin to come up with the right parts for my needs, I placed my Order which was dispatched on the same day. Using basic DIY skills, I replaced the old Waeco camera, cable and monitor which had lost brightness. The image with the standard definition camera and monitor is super. Very confident with my purchase, backed up by an excellent UK business and two year Warranty plus repairs if needed. Can strongly recommend.

I just want to add yet another 5 star review for this great company! I hadn't fitted a reversing camera before, and was getting a little overwhelmed by the breadth of options on offer online. Having come across the website I then phoned up Reversing Cameras UK, and was walked through just exactly what I should get, and the easiest way to install the camera. Delivery was great, the components are good quality and I'm very happy. Finally, the instruction manuals were written with just the right tone, informative, straightforward and not condescending. Also very useful pointers as to common pitfalls to avoid... Thank you so much!

I needed advice on replacing the rear view camera on my motorhome, and was recommended to speak to Reversing Cameras UK, who, I was told, would have all the answers! I spoke to Martin who was so helpful, and talked me through the current installation, and the options available for a compatible replacement camera. I have no tekkie knowledge at all, and he explained everything so clearly. He even sent an email for me, to the auto electrician who will fit the camera, explaining what would be needed. That's what I call service, and you can't ask for better than that!

Bought a Rear View mirror kit from Rev Cam UK and must say excellent quality and fantastic technical support. But what impressed me most was I phoned at 14:45 on a Wednesday afternoon requesting some extension cables and insulation boots ....... received them next day at 11:50am and that was to Northern Ireland !!!!
Not even Amazon can come close to that service !!

Just like to give this company the credit it rightly deserves. Tried to fit reverse camera cables had a mare and they helped sort me the parts. Customer service excellent, speed for parts brilliant. Would happily use them again.

I bought a twin camera conversion kit. Delivery was like lightening, advice was plentiful and quality was exceptional. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a reversing camera or similar.

Firstly, my issue was technically complicated - I had to find an appropriate set-up to replace my presumed faulty Dometic CAM44. The solution involved the twin reversing camera CAM222W (one of which I had installed in our previous motorhome) and multiple cable adapters to enable me to use the existing cable extension.
This involved many emails back and forth, always with a prompt and helpful reply.
The order was placed, and delivered within 2 days.
Meantime I discovered that the installed camera wasn't faulty - it was the extension cable - and I contacted Chris for advice.
Once again, the reply was prompt, informing me that it wasn't a problem to return the package for a full refund.
Full marks to this company in every respect

They could not have been more helpful, advising on equipment and then getting it to us quicker than I thought possible. When we needed to change a component (our decision) their response and assistance was quick and invaluable. My first time installing a reversing camera so needed a bit of extra help and guidance which the Reversing Cameras UK team were happy to give me. There was a wide range of kits available with all the necessary equipment and cabling, which made it so much easier than attempting to source my own individual components, and all tested prior to despatch. My particular install required longer connecting cables from the camera and the company sent out a replacement unit by return at no additional cost to me, trusting me to return the original unit. This was exceptional customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again or to recommend them to other people.

Bought a reversing camera and mirror mounted monitor for my campervan. Super easy to follow the instructions provided. Integrated dual camera (integrated into the high level brake light) on a Citroen Relay, provides a very clear colour view. Very happy with my purchase.

Fantastic service from Martin and Chris. I purchased a 100M reversing camera system for my caravan, after installation I found that the transmitted image suffered from bad break up .Telephone guidance and immediate sending of parts determined that the problem was with the marker light power rail on my Swift 580. This seems to interfer with the camera. A 60M systen was sent to me and the problem is solved. All postage refunded and labels emailed made the experience great. A highly recommended company.

This Company was fantastic from the outset…firstly the quality of the product and the price was excellent and delivery was quick. A year after I had the product, it developed a problem. I didn’t really know what was wrong and so I sent an email to the Company to ask their advice. I got a very detailed reply back the same day which allowed me to diagnose which part was faulty.
