Meadens Skoda Brockenhurst, provided me with outstanding customer service, from the first point of contact to the delivery of my new Skoda Enyaq 85 Edition.
I had exceptional and outstanding communications all of the way through the car ordering process, confirmation that the car was ordered, that the Enyaq specifications and packages I requested were correct.
I was notified of the vehicle build week, confirmation that it had arrived in the country and when the car had arrived at the Dealership, just brilliant communications.
I was invited to the Dealership to view the Enyaq in it's transport packaging, and to arrange the collection day, which I really appreciated.
On the vehicle handover day, Meadens made it a very special day for my wife and I, the car was hidden away and at a push of a button the car was revealed to us.
The presentation and detailing of the car was above and beyond anything we were expecting, just brilliant and on the back seat was lovely gift, a Skoda Teddy Bear, which was really a lovely touch.
I have never experienced such brilliant customer service like this before, any questions that I had about any aspect of my order or the accessories that I wanted were answered within a day or quicker.

I visited Meadens recently with a pretty good idea of what I wanted. The staff were brilliant from the minute I walked in the door. Very aware of my presence, even though all salespersons were busy with customers. The service advisor offered me a seat and a drink whilst I waited. The show room was very clean and had lots of information dotted about. Once I sat down with the sales guy, he was brilliant. Listened to what I wanted, and advised me on all queries and questions I had. I took the car I wanted to purchase for a test drive and loved it. Luckily for me I was able to drive the car away the same day. Thank you all for such brilliant service. I’m sure I will be back when it’s time to upgrade.

Had a wonderful experience with Meadens getting my second car since passing! Test drive route is absolutely beautiful and in my opinion is a massive sale factor, I had the delights of Will as my dealer and I can say he was brilliant! A fantastic dealership with first class customer service. We can not recommend Meadens Brockenhurst enough. An absolute pleasure to deal with and nothing was ever too much trouble. Tom and Will were brilliant from
initial contact to hand over, with Will even hand delivering an umbrella to our door and sorting out a chip on the windscreen. It’s out first time to the Skoda brand and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. How a dealership should be run.

Although we did not purchase from Meadens, i wanted to thank George for his excellent service when i enquired in two cars on separate occasions. George provided me with full details, and video of the first car taken just as it arrived and he even highlighted all the minor marks that would be attended to prior to sale. Unfortunately, i misread the price, and it was over my daughter's budget, so I did not progress this. When I phoned up to explain this to George, I enquired about another car, and again he provided me with the details.

For some reason the video had not come through, and the following day I spoke to Tom, as George was on his day off, (which he'd told me the previous day) who immediately resent the video and answered my questions. We discussed the car, but ultimately it had a feature which my daughter did not want, and she decided on an alternative elsewhere. Tom immediately refunded the deposit I had previously placed, without me even asking, and said that could use them in the future if they could assist me.

It is good to come across a dealership where ensuring the customer is satisfied, and ones that treats customers as an individual and feels valued.

I can highly recommend Meadens and intend using them in the future if the need arises.
