Rose's Cafe

We stumbled into this restaurant on a walk. Tourist stuff ya know. And we were blown away with how good the food was! The service was superb and quick too. If you're looking for a new place to try look no further :)

There's no better way to start your day than a nice omelett! I had a Mexican one, followed with a nice strong coffee. The only thing I didn't like was the music, which was too loud.

Me and the family have been here multiple times for the last few years, it doesn't disappoint for each visit.

The location is pretty good, train station (Canning Town) is about 10mins away by walking, bus stops nearby too.

Food is pretty good, it doesn't take long once after ordering for your food to arrive on the table.

Staff have always been nice which is always good.

All in all, a nice place to eat.

I've lived in Canning Town for almost 2 years and only now do I visit this cute little cafe. I went along with a friend for the traditional full English breakfast. And wow, I wasn't disappointed! The food came out piping hot so you could tell it was freshly cooked and the eggs were perfectly fried. The prices are very reasonable, too. They even have an outdoor sitting area :) As for the service, it was top class from the moment we stepped in to the point of leaving. Although we had breakfast, the menu selection much more. I will definitely be returning here.

Honestly. The reviews are right. What a great place! Found it by using Mr Google, as we were staying in a hotel 20 mins away but didn't fancy the hotel food (or prices!). Tje food was cooked fresh to order, the service was speedy and with a smile. Would I recommend this place and go here again?... oh yes indeedy.

The pasteis de nata were delicious and crunchy. I'd come back again.

Highly recommend! Wonderful cafe, fast service and food cooked perfectly! Waited less than 10 minutes for set 6 (egg, bacon, sausage, mushroom, bubble, black pudding and tinned tomatos served with toast and coffee) which was priced at only £8.50

The staff were ever so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was served swiftly and cooked to perfection.

By far one of the best Halal breakfast I have had on my trip to canning town. The portions are huge. The owner is a wonderful man, the ladies serving are so hospitable and very polite. I went twice in a row and could go the 3rd time if I was in the area.The coffee is one of the best coffees I have had in years. Forget about those posh asthetic cafes who are over priced for nothing.This cafe is a hidden gem.I enjoyed even the toast.The food was very delicious. The shop is small and basic but food is very satisfying. Thankyou guys.

Took 5 children here from a local school as we were teaching them to budget and spend a certain amount each. The food was outstanding no complaints at all but the staff were amazing. Welcomed the children and were very patient when the children were looking at the menu and ordering food. As we left all the staff said goodbye to the children. A truly positive experience for them. Thank you so much

Recently went to this cafe as my local cafe closed down, lovely kurdish people, very friendly and generous amount for your money, I would definitely go back again :)

Edit. I’ve recently been back to the cafe and I must say that the food was just as lovely as when I went the last time, they are closing down cafes left right and centre so it’s important to support these small businesses especially when they are as warm and lovely as roses cafe

The set four was absolutely cooked to perfection and delicious, the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast includes Coffee and two large slices off B&B and all for £6.80 ridiculously cheap for London. Well worth the visit
