Love having my nails done by Vicki she has great ideas for nails. All the girls are welcoming and pleasant. They are always smiling they give 100% to all their clients. Vicki is Amazing. 💅

The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly and went out of their way to ensure their products didn't have any harmful substances in as I am currently 14 weeks pregnant. Really thumbs up for surety and great nails afterwards. Would recommend.

I had a lovely full body massage by Sophie, she walked me through everything and was so friendly and supportive as I was a tiny bit nervous not having one here before ! My shoulders and back have never felt better, it wasn't just a calming massage it really focused on the knots and importance of my health which I'm very grateful for.

I have been going to Morena's for almost 12 years now and I have never felt more valued as a customer. My nails are always flawless and look amazing. I have also had waxing done as well as lashes in other rooms and they are always clean and a peaceful place to be treated in. The downstairs area is lovely and so relaxing when having my lashes done or a pedicure. All of the girls that work there are so lovely and welcoming from the minute you step in the door to the minute you leave. I could not recommend Nails by Morena more!

I love having my nails done here. The girls are friendly and welcoming ( unlike some other salons), Sarah does my nails beautifully and I never have to worry about them till my next appointment. Never have I been disappointed in 3/4 years. It’s a relaxing atmosphere, nice cup of coffee, easy listening music in the background and I feel pampered which is more than I have felt in other salons.

I have been using Morenas for over 12 years now and this is my treat to myself every month. I love the friendly, fun, vibe and feel safe in the hands of any of the highly qualified girls offering treatments. Vicki does my nails and I am always delighted with the results. The service is professional and I feel valued and taken care of as a client every visit without exception. I thoroughly enjoy the whole experience.

As a customer of Morenas for many years I always find the customer service is second to none. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and always made to feel comfortable. Both the technicians who I regularly use for my treatments are professional and always leave the salon extremely happy with the treatments.

I have been going to Morena’s now for around 8 years! I travel for about 30 minutes to get here from Canterbury purely because of the great work, great atmosphere and lovely catch ups. Everyone is so nice and Sarah always smashes it out of the park for me - especially with a tea and biscuit every time. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Worth every minute of travel and every penny I have spent. Love you all!

I have been going to Morena's for over three years. It is always a very enjoyable experience. The technicians are extremely friendly and do a very good job. On the rare occasion I have had a problem with a nail, they have repaired it within a day or two of my reporting it and at no further cost. Thank you Sarah and girls.

Lovely friendly salon. Sarah is excellent and always helps me choose colour for my nails. Have been using this salon for over 5 years for my nails and I have had a few pedicures. Very clean and welcoming.

I've been using Morenas for around 13 years. I uses them prior to them moving to Birchington and due to demand she needed to expand her buisness to accommodate more staff meaning people could be seen quicker.
I moved from thanet and still travel every 3 / 4 weeks to Birchington.
I've had a variety of ladies do my nails over the years and now regularly have Sarah or Vicki. Vicki of which started doing my nails 13 years ago.
They always try to accomodate my times, my nails lady ages, never cheap quality gloomy polish like I've seen others have. On the very very RARE occasion I had an issue, mostly my fault as clumsy they've always quickly sorted my issue.
I've always been made to feel comfortable and with a disability their always willing to take additional time knowing my discomfort even at cost to them as takes up valuable time someone else could fit in.
As with everything you get what you pay for and my nails are in good condition, well maintained and always given the best advice possible.
I've also had my lashes done here all the time and they last ages.

Always come away with amazing nails and an problems are sorted out asap, usually by me knocking them. Treatments are always brilliant and they have lots to offer there’s a reason why they are always full

I had an accident and broke my nail. It looked awful, and it was easy to get an appointment to get it repaired. Can't tell the different. Great ! So pleased.

Great experience. I booked online the day before, which was simple and handy. There's a car park right behind (pay and display, but only £2.00 for 2 hours).

Brooke was lovely and my nails looks amazing. I've never had them done before and Brooke explained each thing she was doing and why, so I understood the process.

I have been coming here for 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. The girls are friendly and attentive. I have Tyler do my nails and I couldn't speak highly enough of her and her work. Thank you 🥰
