Excellent pub, very welcoming to all, great service from the staff. Very friendly and talkative. Nice beer garden and live music. Prices are good compared to other local pubs. Great location near to the train station.

Fantastic service from all staff in this pub. So friendly and welcoming, landlord and landlady are very attentive. Great selection of entertainment and beers available.

Popped in for a couple of beers whilst visiting the town with the wife. Excellent pints of Landlord and enjoyed sitting in the garden in the sunshine. Friendly and helpful landlord.

Nice location and friendly establishment. After a great day out in thanet had the pleasure of meeting the landlord and local customers. What a wonderful night being made to feel completely at home.

Very welcoming, by the time I came out I thought the lady behind the bar and some regulars(?)
were my oldest friends! Only real ale (which we like) but was TT Landlord (fine) but a couple of nice ciders on too. And very handy for the rail station to get home.

Management are fantastic. Staff are very warm and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.we arrived late and left late not a word was mentioned. Very clean. Practically brand new decoration upstairs. Good pub downstairs. Exactly what you want for the price.

Great place to stay. Room is clean- sheets smelt sooo good. Fresh towels were provided free of charge. Above a pub as advertised so you can’t complain about noise- we didn’t hear any anyway and it was nice to have a drink before heading up. Staff are all so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. The best thing...it’s dog friendly so my pooch also had a lovely time (they even put a dog bowl in the room for us 🥰).

They did us proud. We booked the function room and buffet and got way more. Bucks fizz, food, music, food, table decorations, food, crackers, food and Beth looked after us very well. Fab night, great food, lovely get together. And the dogs behaved well too. Thank you to Gareth, Beth and team. Merry Christmas x

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new local place to have a drink and a chat , from the moment I walked in I was made welcome by the staff customers, I'm not a big drinker now days but when I do fancy a tipple I most certainly will use this place.

We love this friendly pub always use it when in the area, no food but they are happy for you to fetch a pizza etc in

great vibe and an open mic night twice a month that attracts amazing local talent.... atmosphere is great and staff are very welcoming; been gifted with a free drink on more then one occasion!

Fantastic place to visit the staff of fantastic and serve you well !! Brilliant garden to go and sit in and large in size . the rooms are absolutely beautiful to stay in . I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and anybody to go and see for themselves. 😊

A good pint of Guinness beautifully poured, loving sipped. What better way to wait for your fish and chips to be prepared at the Minis Bay chippie.
