The Kitchen Depot

This is our second kitchen with Kitchen Depot, after recently moving house. We love the experience of purchasing a kitchen with TKD. From the very start, you get to be totally involved in the design, and can even view the design in 3D. The price is very reasonable and the kitchen fitter, Paul, is absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Tea designed our kitchen for us and was very professional.

What a fantastic experience we had with Tea and the team at the Oxford Kitchen Depot. We felt very supported throughout the process and they answered all of our questions and concerns. The real difference to other supplies was the personal touch and literally nothing was too much trouble. We now have a kitchen we absolutely love and spend loads of time in.

From initial visit to the showroom where we hadn’t booked an appointment, Sarah spent time taking us through all the options to help us make choosing the right kitchen a breeze.

The design process was our favourite as the design had obviously been thought through properly and the vision I had in my head became a reality! Sarah was also very patient with me tweaking various bits of the design and the age it took me to decide on the perfect sink colour. The advice given on colours that work together was also great and seeing it in the flesh, it looks epic!

Thanks also to Trevor for the fit of the kitchen which has been done to a great standard.

We are six months in from our kitchen being finished. Our experience with The Kitchen Depot was just amazing from the moment we walked through the door. Sarah greeted us and from that moment on we felt comfortable and assured that we would be looked after and guided through the whole, slightly daunting process, to achieve the kitchen we wanted. Whatever concerns or questions we had, Sarah and Tea were always able to answer and we really do feel that they went out of their way at times to help us. The kitchen that we have ended up with has surpassed our original expectations considering the budget we had. We would have no hesitation in recommending the team at Kingston Bagpuize.

Having agreed to invest in a new kitchen we decided to kick things off by visiting a few showrooms. We started off with our local showroom which happened to be a Kitchen Depot. We were introduced to the designer, Tea, who showed us their products and explained the process. We liked what we saw and decided to look no further. The quality of the kitchen units is excellent and the whole process was made easy for us. We were able to take samples away to check for suitability and colour and encouraged to make as many visits to the showroom as we required to ensure that we were happy.
Tea came to us to measure up and arranged for a fitter to contact us to give a fitting quote. Paul, the fitter, came out and gave us a quote which we accepted.
We are delighted with the end result. The units and the workmanship from the fitter are excellent. Paul was very accommodating and easy to deal with and he and Tea arranged for the units and appliances to be delivered when required which saved us a problem.

We are very happy with our new kitchen! We had excellent help and advice during the design stage from Tea, including lending us plenty samples. Their recommended fitter, Ryan, did a very good job, carefully, and coped with a few tweaks during the process. We felt very supported by the whole team - thank you.

Not having had a new kitchen for more than 25 years, we were rather daunted at how much we needed to think about and the decisions we had to make. The Oxford branch of Kitchen Depot – and particularly Sarah – made it as straightforward and painless as it could possibly be. She was there with us at every step of the way and it was very clear that her priority was to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted, from the broad picture right down to the very finest details. Our fitter, Damian, was very skilled and similarly worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was as we wanted, consulting at every point. We have indeed ended up with the transformed kitchen we wanted and cannot thank Sarah, Damian and Kitchen Depot Oxford enough.

Having never undertaken a job of this scale at home, we were understandably apprehensive about what to expect. However, having done our research we are so pleased we chose kitchen depot Oxford and would recommend them again and again. From the moment we walked into the showroom it felt personal, the patience, the advice and support through the process was excellent - thank you Tea for all of your help we are in love with our new kitchen!

Fantastic service throughout from Sarah in the Abingdon showroom to select and ensure we got the kitchen we wanted and now love. Sarah's Father Trevor fitted our kitchen and completed work in the downstairs area of our new home with great care and to a excellent standard which we are really pleased with. Would highly recommend to others.

From the initial meeting with Anthony looking round the show room to completion we have been very impressed with the Kitchen Depot Oxford. The fitter they organised (Paul) was excellent and made it all come to reality. Nothing was too much trouble for both of them.

All big projects have a few niggles, it is the way they are dealt with that makes the difference. A kitchen install is a pretty big thing. The care and attention offered and the engagement with 3rd party suppliers made all the difference to give is a great experience. I would thoroughly recommend!

Tea was amazing at designing and coordinating our kitchen renovation, it was a huge transformation and I can’t imagine getting a better kitchen from anywhere else. We had full confidence in Tea from the start, she made the project go smoothly and every detail was thought out. The thing that made the Kitchen Depot standout was they took the time to understand what we wanted, we never felt rushed into making decisions and it was never any trouble to accommodate our numerous modifications.

We had a new kitchen designed and fitted by the Kitchen Depot. We are so pleased with the results and can highly recommend the team at the Depot.

Tea spent hours making sure our design was just what we wanted. She listened, found solutions for difficult details (like our wonky walls!) and it felt like nothing was too much trouble for her. The showroom at Kingston Bagpiuze is excellent and everything is there to see and choose from.

The attention to detail and support both before and during the fit was excellent. They really do pull out all the stops to ensure you get the kitchen you asked for. We are delighted with our new kitchen it is even better than we thought it would be!

Getting a new kitchen is no small event in your life. It’s really quite scary. But we walked into The Kitchen Depot with an idea of what we wanted, and walked out knowing we’d made the right choice with TKD. Lovely Amy did the most important thing – she listened. And she came up with a brilliant design. When she went on maternity leave there was a seamless handover to the equally lovely Sarah. Seamless because they all know what’s going on. They communicate. It’s a wonderful team, led by Chris, and you can safely put your complete trust in them.
The design was still developing during installation, with the “What about…” and “Would it work if we…”. Seeds of ideas became “Of course, we can do that.” So we had a bespoke under-stairs cupboard, and free-standing appliances hidden away. I can’t ignore the fact that we had an amazing installer in Trevor aka ‘Treasure’. Like everyone else in the team, nothing was too much trouble, and he went beyond what was expected. He did the whole installation single-handed, including the flooring and porcelain skirting.
I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend The Kitchen Depot Oxford.
