You must go and see for yourself!
Free parking or pay to park on private land(lovely people with animals too). Warning, very steep walk down and up, there are stairs too on your walk to the Waterfall. Be careful as it can be slippy and stairs are a bit high between steps. But, 100% worth it and would do it again to just sit and watch the water fall. Beautiful woodland surrounds it, too, and perfect opportunities for walks, chilling, photos, and listening to birds!

Beautiful place to visit.
If you're not into walking/hiking fair warning the path getting there & back is pretty steep but not very long.
You can go behind the waterfall & there's plenty of places to get some great pics but I imagine it will be pretty busy in the summer

Amazing! We've visited different waterfalls on our travels, but we have never been able to stand behind one. We were lucky that there had been lots of rain. Warning ⚠ the walk back up to the carpark is very steep! But well worth it 👌

A great waterfall to visit. The walk down is easy enough, although getting back up can be strenuous! The paths are well maintained, although some areas are muddy. I visited in April after heavy rain and it was amazing! It's possible to walk behind the falls. Although on this visit we got very wet. No tickets required. Carparking for quiet a few vehicles. Be sure ti stop at the Mtstic Falls burger van. Great service and food. We worked up an appetite and a some hot food on an cold and wet days was just what we needed.

Amazing waterfall that is easily accessible from the carpark, which is free unless you go into the overflow. It's only about a 10 minute walk down to the waterfall itself and a 15 minutes back to the top, although you can do a couple of circular walks if you're looking for something a bit longer. Following the path down with the river is a very scenic route.

We bought our 3 year old to visit the Waterfall as part of her birthday weekend.. She wanted to see a Castle and a Waterfall (And being a massive Batman fan it had to be this one!!) and it most definitely didn't disappoint! It was a steep walk and it was muddy but it was worth it to see her little face! We even braved the ledge to walk behind the waterfall for her and I would definitely recommend it if you can as it's beautiful 😍

Well worth a visit. Assuming you’re able bodied, pretty easy to get down to but be warned it’s a steep climb back up, the car park was full, but you can park round the corner in the nearby village (but park considerably of the locals!) also means you can do a round trip of going down one side of the valley, and up the other

Absolutely a must! It is a steep hill going down and hard walking up but the views are worth it. It was amazing seeing the waterfall and my kids loved it

Brilliant walk around found a short cut from the road on the way back that would be easier for people that don’t want to do the walk around to get to the waterfall as the path takes you straight to the waterfall within 3 minutes. Lovely day out with the kids and dog walk really enjoyed didn’t get to close to the waterfall as wanted as I had a baby with me so will be heading back there myself soon to take better photos myself.

Beautiful waterfall, great photo opportunities. You can walk in behind the waterfall which is a really great experience but you will get wet! That's half the fun of it 😀 the car park has a donation box. There is also a trailer cafe, I've been twice now though and not seen it open so take food and drinks. You can go on from the waterfall, following the trails for a longer walk.

Free national trust carpark if you can get in, quite a steep walk down and back up to the falls so not suitable for pushchairs or anything like that, but once you're down there it's stunning. You can get right behind the waterfall which is a beautiful experience!

STUNNING!
I Came here in February, the carpark was pretty much empty. Its about a Ten minute walk down, pretty steep, but nothing serious. The waterfall was bursting after alot of rainfall. I walked behind, no one else did I'd grade it a 1/5 difficulty so don't be afraid to go behind its amazing. I sat there for around 30 minutes, felt like I was in a different world.
The foot paths are well made and although it's always best to wear boots on wellies, other folk were in trainers. The way back up is pretty steep but it's hardly climbing everest and if your wet you'll want to take your coat of by the time you get back to the top.
Can't wait to come back.
I can imagine it gets horrificly busy in spring and summer so get down there 6AM.

Beautiful water-falls, nice trek to reach it & well worth the efforts. The trek is fairly steep and the path can be very slippery especially after even mild rainfall. Might be a good idea to have some good shoes & a climbing aid (if having bad knees or hips)... need to be able to spend sometime to appreciate the falls when you reach there...

I've been here twice and it's a personal favourite of mine! There is a national trust car park that you can find on Google maps and also a overflow field which you can pay £5 for the day, this is by the burger van where you can also grab a hot drink, head down towards the burger van and through the gate and it's a straight forward trail to the falls, however it's very muddy and steep so not suitable for all, although it's a short walk, be prepared to get wet if you want to go behind the falls and be sure to take your shoes off and enjoy the lovely water!

How refreshing to walk along this beautiful river. It is a short steep walk but well manageable. Going behind the fall is a must!

Easily one of my favourite waterfalls and also one the most accessible. Free parking. Went there in the rain so poor photos but a great experience.

Beautiful place to visit. Make sure to wear sturdy shoes. Gravel path with smooth rocks and some wooden steep steps that can be slippery.
Unsure whether the carpark was a paid for or not. There’s a non NT sign outside it saying £5 but with it being NT I would have expected a pay machine and it to be free for members so we took the risk and not pay (not that we knew where to pay!)
Waterfalls were stunning, stood underneath and felt so magical!

A lovely morning walking to the water falls. Honour the little ruby cavalier king Charles spaniel loved the walk and all the new smells. Sensational standing behind the main water fall.

Free to visit and park. Purchased hot coffee and nibbles on the way out

Very interesting place to visit. The waterfall itself is very close to the car park and only about 10-15 minute walk. Great for kids who like exploring and adults alike😉 you can walk behind the waterfall and I am sure it is even more amazing if there is more water “creating” the waterfall (probably after some good few days of rainfall). Spent there more than we thought we would (too many photo opportunities😉) and probably one of the hidden gems (as the three waterfalls are quite close). Will be going back again.

Great experience of a waterfall. Not too difficult to reach, 10mins down the hill to reach the waterfall and about 15mins walk back up to the car park. You can go behind the waterfall and it is the best experience.
