Shop here a lot. Great food and kind staff. Lots of food to offer as well as a delicious bakery

Always clean and well presented. Staff work hard to keep the store going and there is also someone at the door to greet you. Recently, some card-only self service machines were installed which allows for more people to pay at the same time. Good range of products due to store size. Other local stores are bigger and sell a bigger range.

We visited M&S Banstead just after my Mum died, to buy M&S voucher cards for all the carehome carers who had looked after my Mum. Natalie in the Banstead branch was really really kind and helpful, saw us struggling, came over and sorted out a whole pile of voucher cards for us really quickly and efficiently, scanned everything in, put each receipt with the right card, made it very very easy for us. She was also really kind and sympathetic. Very lovely of her. Thank you very much to Natalie in Banstead

I shop here a lot - and frankly I'm only doing this review because I was checking the opening times for over Easter and couldn't believe how low a score it got on Google Reviews. The shop obviously isn't very big - but it is only meant to be a local convenience Food Store and it fulfils that purpose very well. It is clean, well laid-out and the staff are always very helpful - what more could you really ask for?

Its a small local food branch... stocks a goof variety of M&S products, always clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Yes at certain times it can be busy and the queue can move a bit slowly, but usually at lunchtime (if it bothers you that much there are other places on the high st to buy a sandwich/do a top up shop in your lunch). You can also pay your Marks bill in here, you can collect clothes orders too, not sure about returning items though.

Went to Edibles on a lovely sunny day. Outside tables spread in accordance with current criteria. Lovely cappuccinos service excellent. Throughly recommended to all those contemplating a visit. Thanks

This is a very good store! There is plenty of food and drink options. You can also order M&S clothes and other items and have them delivered to this store. Would definitely recommend.

Are you going to open next week. I noticed you are selling takeaway Cakes and patisseries. Hope to have a wonderful Tea at my favourite cafe pretty soon.

Great small M&S, visited to pick up parcel and they had a member of staff on the door so no need to go in if not shopping.

Friendly staff, good food selection for a smaller food hall. And I love the discounted items at the end of the day 😊

Pretty good, big range of food (heat up meals) and snacks, usually got sushi stocked too. 👌🏻

Although it is a small shop it seems to stock the best bits of m&s food. The staff are more than helpful and the whole shopping experience was good.
