Great ground! Normally a great atmosphere too! Easily accessible. Concourse food and drinks kiosks are quite good although they have slightly higher prices than outside the ground. All these kiosks are card only as the stadium is cashless. Good club shop and ticket office located in the East Stand.

Attended the ESFA elite schools cup u15s and the hospitality shown by West Bromwich Albion was fantastic and made the whole experience amazing for the boys and there families.

Great experience to watch the team training at the Hawthorns, with fun football related activities laid on and face painting. Loved it.

WBA vs Stoke 1-1 draw, but Baggies unlucky not to win with a goal disallowed for offside & 2 fortunate saves. Thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Lovely ground, friendly staff, everything that you would need and like for a football ground and club.

Not to gud against Watford today a draw is better than losing specially being 2 nill down then snathing a late draw. Traffic arrendous outside the hawthorns one hour in the car just to travel a mile the next 2 miles home just took 15 mins.

This is just a little feedback for the disco / meal we had at the Hawthorns last night (16/12/22).

The food was great (3 course set menu) that soup was exceptional

The venue was fantastic and the service from Naomi and Tiran (names maybe spelt wrong) was 2nd to none.

The bar staff was fast to serve, polite and couldn't have done a better job for you.

Security was thorough but professional, also friendly and polite.

We were on table 16 as part of the L.G Christmas party and we had a fantastic time.

The DJ played a great selection of music and the dance floor was proof that he did a great job throughout the night.

Your staff should be commended for the exemplary job they did facilitating our needs and I am happy recommend your party on Google reviews

You have our thanks for a job well done last night and I'm sure L.G will be back next year.

We are regulars to the hawthorns and never had a bad experience. Security are friendly on entrance. Facilities in the venue just about meet the demands of the supporters. Feeding at half time. Great eating and drinking options.

Great stadium, awesome atmosphere and well worth a visit.

Fun fact: The club with the highest ground above sea level in England.

As an Albion fan I’m always going to be biased, but we definitely do create an excellent atmosphere and enjoyable experience.

Had a hospitality invite. Absolutely magnificent service from start to finish.Food was top class and whole experience fantastic.
Not my team but as a football fan very much enjoyed the whole day.

Modern football ground with plenty of on street and private parking in the area around the ground.views of the pitch in the away end is good and great banter with the home fans.After the game away fans can expect a long walk as you are directed away from the ground along a special route

Excellent atmosphere if you want a sports arena good views then the hawthorns is the place to go highly recommended

I've been going to the Hawthorns for about sixty-five years, good and bad times, and I still love it.

The West Bromwich fans behaved very badly, but great in for the wolves

Super tidy stadium. Great facilities. Excellent choice of drinks and food. Very friendly staff and fans. Easy to get too

Absolutely fabulous, bloody amazing and completely fantastic, pitty that we (the baggies) conceded a free kick in a dangerous area of the pitch, and conceded a goal from it in the 89th min, to draw, when we so clearly deserved the win and all 3 points..
See you at the next home game, or the one after that depends on if I get paid before or after the next home game..

I love the place, have done since I was a kid. Had a season ticket for more years than I care to remember.
