I have now purchased 3 cars over the last few years from J&J Motors Ford, Llanelli, the last one being a used Fiesta for my daughter. On each occasion I have dealt with Chris Jones in the Sales department. His friendly and professional manner is a refreshing change from some car salesman that I have dealt with over the years. He goes out of his way to make sure that the whole experience is as straightforward as possible without the sales pressure that you sometimes get from other dealers. He works hard to get you the best possible deal and makes sure that you understand the more complicated aspects of the purchase.
I have also dealt with the service department on a number of occasions and have found them to be extremely helpful and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for this dealership and I would highly recommend them.

I cannot fault J and J Motors. They have just gained customers for life based on the levels of service my daughter received. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

1st class customer service. Bought 5 cars from here over the years. The 'Kiss' channel on the TV in the waiting room definitely needs changing. The room is for customers, not staff. The wailing of the music really puts me off visiting the showroom.

This is a great place to get a small car from. My wife bought a Suzuki Swift, the service given was amazing. Most of the paperwork was done on line and conversations on the phone were easy. All aspects of sanitation and distancing were applied. If you're looking for a Suzuki or similar, give this place a try.

Payed a visit to order a replacement roof rack insert for my mums Suzuki swift as lost one ,very good service and having it posted to my mums address, very efficient service .Thank you J&J motors.

Stuart the sales man couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly, answered all my questions. Went out of his way to give me all the information I needed.

Went in to get my handbrake adjusted under warranty. Friendly staff, quick service and a nice waiting area. I would have been a bit disappointed if I was looking at new cars as they seemed to have very few on display.

Very flexible booking our pick up truck in around other appointments!
