Continental was the only agent offering a sensible deposit for a Roller Team T-Line 700 post Covid. The delivery took 18 months through no fault of Continental, but Iwan kept me updated throughout the process. On the day of collection the motorhome was pristine and the handover process was comprehensive, including a free night at a local site for me to familiarise myself with the facilities. A great family run firm, we called in to view the stock available, we were greeted by a team of friendly and happy to help faces. We discussed layouts and the sales guys paired us with some suitable vehicles, a great no pressure approach and we were left to have a look at what would suit us best. And when needed the sales team were available for all questions. The yard to note was immaculate and all vehicles viewed were top notch and clean.

We have recently purchased an Autosleeper Symbol from Continental leisure vehicles Mark Over who we dealt with conducted negotiations in a friendly and professional manner and everything he promised to do before we collected the vehicle was done and his handover was informative and very helpful

I called in today to view the Carthago range at Continental, spoke to Iwan who noted a couple in stock to view. What an experience, great to deal with a young salesman who believes in his products, I learnt not only the ranges in the Carthago but the true quality of the build and the Carthago DNA. Iwan made us aware of all the benefits when looking at such a high value product and gave us all his time and attention, top class. Highly recommend this outfit and its staff.

Ordered our Roller team T Line 740 in January 2022 with CLV there was a long delay took nearly 15 months but that was nothing to do with CLV it was with Manufacters delays which i was aware of before ordering. I was kept updated by Iwan through out and he was always on the other end of the phone to answer my questions if not available he always phoned me back. Everything was explained in handover when we had our MH which I videoed also. There was a few minor issues which we discovered on our 1st trip away, which were fixed straight away, in all fairness Iwan even came to our house to collect the MH as we were unable to take it back otherwise for nearly 2 weeks most companies would not do that and he got it straight in to be fixed. Mike from the workshop who fixed the minor issues took the time to speak with me on the phone and explain everything which was fantastic. With the long delays the price had increased by about £10,000 but we only paid what it was when we ordered it CLV stuck to their price. Iwan also give us a few freebies which was fantastic as it ment i saved a few 100 pounds. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. It is a lovely company to purchase from very clean and they have some lovely Motorhomes there for sale no tat. Whilst waiting for our MH we bought a 2nd hand one from them just to tie us over that is now back with them to sell for us. I would 100% recommend his company. As I said Iwan was very helpful, professional through out. Not at all pushy. If in the future we ever decide to buy another MH we will definitely go back to them. We will also go back to them for any aftercare as in servicing etc. We absolutely love our Motorhome and are so looking forward to our new adventures

It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with Iwan and the team at Continental Leisure Vehicles. The night before we picked up “Stan” Iwan sent us a short video of the garage doors shutting on our brand new sparkling van. It’s little thoughtful touches like this has made the wait worth it.
The handover was comprehensive, which we encouraged to video. The drive home went smoothly, but the following morning we noticed that the grey water tap was dripping. A quick text to Iwan, who put us through to the workshop staff resolved the issue. The instructions given by the workshop staff were clear and sorted the issue.
Our first gateway of over 800 miles has been all we could have hoped for and more!

We have recently taken delivery of our most expensive purchase ever ( Having owned our home for over 35 Years )
As you can imagine it’s a huge decision where & who you trust at this time after meeting Ross at CLV we made our decision to commit to the purchase of our Bailey Adamo 75-4DL & we already knew not everyone is happy with their experience after choosing a dealer & you only get one chance to get it right
We are now in our new Motorhome & thoroughly enjoying it there have been a couple of hiccups along the way but Ross has always been very easy to contact & responds well to all our needs which was a huge relief after reading reviews from people on Facebook who weren’t as lucky as we have been with CLV
When it came to choosing our optional extras ( Canopy , Gaslow , TV , BBQ point , bike rack etc. ) we were introduced to Luke in the workshop to assist us & Luke didn’t agree with all our choices so we adjusted some of our selections based on his advice & sitting in the van now we are so grateful to Luke for his honest experienced advice everything we adjusted after his advice has proved spot on we would have made some errors without him
On the day of collection we were treated so well Ross truly valued our custom & the Motorhome was handed over to us indoors so we could thoroughly inspect it at the handover at our pace & as we couldn’t go travelling until the following day Ross even put it back in doors overnight & connected it to the electric so the fridge was cold for us the following morning
We collected the van the following morning & it was like having a treat all over again
Finally we had decided to travel locally on our first trip in case our brand new van had any teething issues & on day 3 the habitation door was a little loose & again after a 2 minute call to Luke we travelled back to the dealer ( approx 30 mins ) & the door was sorted within 40 mins really impressive service Thank you CLV your staff are a credit to the company

We are very pleased with the delivery of our Roller team T Line 700. From initial order we were always kept updated by Iwan who was always quick to respond to any questions. The vehicle hand-over was thorough, and all the features were clearly explained. Despite the long manufacture delay, CLV kept to the original price which we were delighted with. Iwan did not push any extras and always provided careful advice to suit our requirements. Overall, I found CLV very helpful and professional. I have recently purchased a Motorhome from CLV. I would rate the whole experience as 5 star from start to finish, i'm also sure the team will be there to help with any aftercare should i require it. I dealt with Mark, but mostly Iwan from the sales team. They were friendly, efficient and courteous from day 1. They were well presented as is the whole business set-up in an excellent location close to main roads, travel lodge, food outlets, etc. They went out of their way to make sure you were well looked after. A very slick professional business. The Motorhome was exactly as advertised and in pristine condition, everything done very professionally and above board. I have absolutely no concerns regarding my purchase and would wholeheartedly recommend CLV to anyone thinking of buying a Motorhome.

We had been looking at so many Motorhomes for such a long time.
At least 14/15 months.
We had been to quite a few companies that Specialise in motorhomes sales, we looked on eBay, FB the lot. We even considered building our own 🥴 but running two business, the time was against us.
So…
We called we called in on a whim to Continental leisure Vans, Cross-hands and there it was! In the showroom shiny & beautiful 🤩
The sales persons there where so helpful and easy to talk too. The Service was excellent. Plus they give a great after care to the buyer.
We where helped by Ross a cheeky chap & so funny. But his sales technique was excellent very professional & easy to work along helping us find the van/motorhome we had been dreaming of.

We drove from Edinburgh to pick up our new A class Pegaso on Wednesday for handover on Thursday 12th October 23. They organised a lovely site for our overnight stay not far from their place. FOC. The welcome from Iwan and all the staff was amazing, nothing was a problem, they changed over our Wi-Fi Arials and the handover was impressive. We enjoyed the trip and would definitely use CLV again, we are delighted with our purchase. DEFO 5 Stars. Derek & Marion.
