Harlees Andover

A great find, we have had a couple of lunches from here, one we ordered online before and one just popped in! Service was quick and good cooked to order! Piping hot! Lunchtime deals are good value, portion sizes are good and batter really light! Good range of side dishes as well ⭐

Only been open a few days, but really impressed! The chips were perfect, not too greasy. Crisp and golden. The cod was up there with the best I’ve had, perfectly flaky meat with a delicious golden crispy batter.

Treated myself to a battered Mars bar (I’d usually have a fish cake, but could only see that as part of a kids meal). Never had one before and don’t know what to expect. Was also delicious. Tasted like a warm, melt in the middle chocolate pudding!

Ordering was simple with self service screens on entry, although you can order at the counter. Better waiting for an order number to be called, than in other shops where it relies on your order being unique and remembering what it was!

I think they’ll offer ordering ahead for collection soon, I guess they want to get the staff fully trained and any rush from a new opening to settle down.

Stopped in this place while passing through and so happy I did. Was greeted by some amazing staff young lady’s amazing talkative and very happy to help. Then the food wow I went with the sfc burger and what a fantastic flavour chips crispy on the out fluffy on the in as soon as I took a bite into that burger wooosh my taste buds went all over. Amazing place grate prices can’t wait to come back again

Beautiful chip shop, the decorations are lovely. The food is amazing and so cheap too!! Staff are super friendly and they have a really easy ordering system (ones like McDonald’s) - the only downside is they only have sugar free drinks
100% will be returning :)

Best fish and chip shop I've been to moving up here in the last few months. Food is amazing and the prices are so worth it. You can sit in and be in your element while enjoying your food.
The staff is very polite and pleasant to talk to while waiting.
The place itself is very clean and tidy and always up to standards.
Definitely coming here again.

I’ve used this place on many occasions of a lunch time and the food is always fresh and good value for money. The lunch time saver menu is fantastic. Jumbo sausage, chips and a drink for less than £5 no brainer.

Enjoyed my meal tonight. Have visited Harlee’s in Westbury and the quality is the same! Staff were friendly and helpful! Just had regular cod and chips, slightly more expensive than other local options but quality is far superior. Will definitely be back.

Perfectly cooked cod, lovely light batter and tasty chips.Not greasy . We had the small portion and it was just the right size, infact I had to leave some.would definitely recommend and will come again. Staff friendly and served quickly. We ate in.

So been waiting for this to open for a while. I was really looking forward to this opening and glad it didn't disappoint. Got a cod and chips with a kids chicken chunks and chips. So to start to off the chips were great. Not a soggy mess. They were crispy on the outside and soft in middle,with a great flavour (salt and vinegar optional). The taste and smell reminded me of eating chips on the beach as a kid (alot of people have the memory). The cod was a lovely light golden colour. Had to wait for the cod (8 mins), but it's freshly cooked and a new restaurant. Just remember good things come to those who wait. The cod was not to fishy with great tasting batter and flaky fish. Chicken chunks were big and tasted great. In sons words 10/10. I tasted and were better tasting chicken than some chicken restaurants in Andover. Curry sauce was really nice, packed full of flavour an not to spicy ( I know as son loved it also).

Service was good. Young lady did a great job serving and being attentive. The manager also was a great guy helping and chatty. Deco in the restaurant was really nice and clean. I am sure I will be in there again in the not to distant future. Great start to your opening week. Keep up the good work.

Gave this a go this lunchtime. Really friendly happy staff. My food was cooked as per my order, however freshly cooked food even at the near closing time we went in perfect. The place was clean and tidy. Will definitely be going back.

Fish is delicious. Price of small fish and chips has gone DOWN!

It was absolutely amazing the food was freshly cooked so had no problem waiting extra time ( food was amazing)
The customer service was amazing the lady with black and pink hair was cheerful and smiling
