Stewarts Broomhill Garden Centre

Delighted with our visit this morning. Excellent customer service. Delicious savoury cheese scone. Bought an artificial cherry blossom tree to brighten up a tired corner. Slightly damaged so Chris let me have a discount. Thank you so much. We shopped for birthday presents, cards and hedging. We will return.

Ordered 1 x vegan, and 1 x veggie, gluten free, lactose free afternoon tea for myself and my friend and the staff could not have been more helpful, it was delicious and filling!

Lovely young girl named Rosie. She helped, enquired and checked when I wanted to buy a Bee Home. A great asset to your garden centre and Team. Very personable. This was today 29th December. 5 stars.

Quality plants - we've never had a duff plant from Stewarts - though, naturally, you therefore may find prices a wee bit higher than elsewhere.
Good, tasty food at the cafe with some wholesome and inventive mains including vegetarian options Good sized portions too. There are cheap eats available - I've had one of yesterday's cut price scones before now and enjoyed it.
Useful recycling facilities for old plastic pots and compost bags.

We enjoyed having a good look around lots of lovely things for Christmas and end buying

lunch time we spotted the garden centre sign and took a detour ro Stewarts. Plenty of parking, lovely garden centre, super restaurant. Good choice of food, very well organised restaurant, friendly staff, really made to feel welcome. Tasty food was just what we needed.

We visited the garden centre last week and decided to have lunch. we both had the steak and onion pie with vegetables and chunky chips.The pie was amazing we would give it at least 10 stars if we could it was definatly an award winning pie so full of tasty meat no fat or gristle in sight it was good to have very little onions in it as well, we would highly recommend great value for money

Lovely garden centre, lovely little cafe, & the outdoor area for children is lovely - chickens, ducks & goats. Definitely worth the trip out!

Love this place. Beautiful plants. I am extremely pleased with plants I bought in the Spring. Had lunch with friend today. Food excellent, service great. Stayed for afternoon tea! Lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Great cake in the coffee shop! My son had the chocolate cake and couldn’t manage to finish it, I had the cherry cheesecake which was lovely.

A lovely Christmas display of decorations, trees, lights and beautiful selection of gifts and plants. My grand daughter loved the animated musical centrepiece and the reindeer. She's visiting Santa in his Grotto with her Mummy daddy brother and sister nearer Christmas.

Very good went for lunch excellent food, but very hot in the building needs some air conditioning too keep it cooler but great garden centre. Just the same had a nice lunch with daughter in law and grandchildren it's her birthday next week, very nice

It is one of the best cafes in the area. Helpful staff, they are always rushed of their feet but don’t complain. It's also a lovely garden centre. 😊

Met friends for a pre Christmas meal & well worth the drive. Although busy, everyone was happy to help & all customers enjoyed the food. We had Christmas menu & yummy scrummy 👍.

Nice garden centre in an excellent location. It's a bit more out of town than Haskins so you don't get the hoards flocking to the café and jamming the carpark. There is plenty of parking and a good selection of plants and other paraphernalia associated with gardening. The café has plenty of seating and a reasonable selection for most tastes at reasonable prices. The order at the counter and receive a tag for delivery system was very efficient. Beware cash users it's card only. The food was very nice, pie of the day was a proper pie and full of meat and the quiche was well packed with filling. Been to a few Stewart's and they never disappoint.

Visited with family for lunch. Staff very helpful by moving two tables together. Food was very good. Then we all bought a lovely Dhalia.

This has to be the best afternoon tea I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Sandwiches were extremely fresh and the cakes were the superb. Highly recommend and I definitely will be considering a return visit on the near future.
