The whole team have been amazing from the start. Our first call to get our DIP was with Alex Hill who explained the whole process and was very efficient. We then got transferred to the yellow team who have been flawless answering all of our questions and giving regular updates. Molly and Chloe you are amazing and thank you for being so understanding of our anxieties as first time buyers and keeping us updated. Sam Chung who was our mortgage advisor was also excellent explaining the process and answering all of our questions. Booking the appointment through Sarah was an absolute breeze, she found a day and time that worked for me and was really helpful in her instructions on what we needed to provide for the appointment. Dominic was really friendly, he had clearly done his research prior to our meeting on our circumstances and situation, and he was very quickly able to secure us a really good rate through our preferred lender, taking the time to talk us through other options and clearly explaining the pros and cons on what was available. The whole process was really efficient, and the James Leighton team looked after everything for us, seamlessly transitioning us to our new rate and taking care of all the admin. They were completely transparent about the fee they secured from our lender (we don't pay a fee upfront) and made everything so quick and simple.

Daniel Ross has been amazing throughout the whole process of our case.
I have limited understanding of financial terminology and processes but Daniel took his time explaining things and going through everything. Daniel went out of his way to find the best deal on the market and even said to set reminders closer to the close date to see if there were any better deals! There were and he changed this over for me.
