Store well located within the Giltbrook Retail Park. Step free access, parking and entrance. Creche for the little ones is free. Restaurant with views. Good furniture options from lights to wardrobes, kitchenware, storage and many more. Swedish shop has a variety of produce from frozen meatballs to desserts. It can get busy at peaks times. Good access to M1.

Visited today to look at designing a wardrobe. There was two fantastic male members of staff who designed the wardrobes which such detail. It felt like they were interior designers. Super friendly and were very patient.

My trip to IKEA was wonderful, all of the displays were wonderful and it gave me plenty of ideas, IKEA is very inspirational with their displays and stock so you can imagine your dream room, the store is like an art and design museum but you can buy the furniture like you walk around and admire the furniture in the displays, I also ate some yummy meatballs and a hotdog at the IKEA restaurant with a delicious sugarless cola which made my bowels rumble, so I took a nice dump in the display toilets, today was an amazing day and I hope to come again to buy a djungleskog

A wonderful selection of household items at respectable prices. Also needed the exercise. Could do with occasional seating to accommodate older people, etc.

Sufficient parking, we chose the roof car park and despite a busy time found spaces straight away.
Usual IKEA layout, clean and efficient. They had what we wanted and we enjoyed a good lunch in their restaurant which despite being very busy we got served efficiently and found suitable seating for our whole group.

Like your usual IKEA’s nothing to complain about. In a decent location that is fairly straightforward to get to and with plenty of parking. This IKEA is also all on one floor which is quite handy when going through the store and checking-out. The in-store canteen was also great as usual.

Visited IKEA for the first time in my life today. Really enjoyed it. Lovely experience and definitely felt inspired.

I also was impressed with the food as well 😉

It was a bright Saturday morning when we decided to visit IKEA in Nottingham, a place we've always loved for its unique variety and cozy ambiance. The sky was a clear azure, setting a perfect mood for our shopping adventure.As we entered the vast, welcoming space of IKEA, the familiar scent of Swedish meatballs and cinnamon buns from the in-store café instantly greeted us, tempting our taste buds. We promised ourselves a delightful treat after our shopping spree.Our first stop was the living room displays. We were in awe of the sleek, modern sofas and the ingeniously designed bookshelves that seemed to offer endless storage possibilities. After playfully testing a few sofas, we found the perfect one - a comfortable, stylish corner sofa that would fit perfectly in our living room.Next, we wandered through the kitchen section. The array of kitchenware, from elegant glassware to practical cookware, was impressive. We picked up a few essentials - a new set of dinner plates with a charming floral design and a set of sturdy, stainless-steel pots and pans.The children's section was our next destination. Our kids' eyes sparkled with excitement as they explored the colorful area, trying out the fun bunk beds and marveling at the imaginative toys. We ended up choosing a playful, space-themed bedspread for their room and a wooden train set that promised hours of creative play.After a couple of hours of exploring, we decided it was time for a break. We headed to the café and indulged in those delicious meatballs and cinnamon buns we had been craving. As we sat there, enjoying our meal and discussing our purchases, we felt a sense of contentment and joy.Finally, with our shopping carts full, we made our way to the checkout. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the process smooth and quick.As we drove home, our car loaded with flat-packed boxes and new treasures, we reflected on our day. Shopping at IKEA in Nottingham was always an experience we cherished - not just for the items we bought but for the memories we created.

Great customer service, I Was interested in a unit on display but was told it was discontinued, they said they would call me when it came off display. True to their word I received a call a month later and bought the unit at a discounted price. Really happy, Thanks

If you've never been to IKEA then you're missing an experience! Huge choice of home furnishings and loads of room sets to give you ideas of how to style your home. Be warned, it's hard to leave here empty handed! There are also lots of helpful staff on hand to help you plan. And a great value restaurant too. Overall, a great day out.

Who doesn’t love IKEA!?!

Been here several times and each time all the staff have been great! Brought over 46 packs of furniture once, the staff were great at helping us place the order, building it wasn’t as much fun 😂

Most recently, I did a click and collect order. It was easy to park, go in, get the stuff and off I went.

Great food, great prices on everything. Love it. Recommend highly to visit. Food 5 stars.

Haven't been for a while and loads more shops around the store. Bought loads of useful bits but these soon mount up. Nice lunch and not crazy busy on a Thursday morning. Ideal time travel wise from Leicester after rush hour and before afternoon school runs

A great place if you like IKEA stuff, which we do. Came to collect an item that we ordered online....it was ready for us virtually as we entered the store! Loads of interesting products to see in store. Also a great cafe serving good, value for money food as well. We came early...about 10am on a weekday, so not too busy. Bet it can get much busier at weekends. Lots of other good shops nearby too.

What can I say... other than IKEA! You know what you are getting and as easy it is to order online, a trip to the store a browse around followed by eating in their restaurant, which is well priced is a really good day out, having you leave with some upgrades for your home, the Swedish way.

IKEA's innovative modular furniture truly impresses me. Despite some scepticism, I've found that with proper assembly, IKEA pieces are just as sturdy and reliable as traditional solid furniture, but with the added benefit of affordability. It's a smart choice for both quality and budget.

I would like to thank a member of staff Tom S on the Bistro / food shop.
After the purchase of a boxed item from the store my wife and myself decided to buy some frozen food from the shop.
But while we’re browsing Tom approached us with a shopping trolley, and said the box I was carrying looked heavy and would I like a trolley. He went out of his way to help me. What a fantastic chap.
He is a credit to IKEA.
