Great place for dry dog biscuits. They sell all sorts, but I have a Springer Spaniel, so I can only recommend the dog food

Clean spacious store with plenty of choice in product for most types of pets. Staff are friendly and helpful, have good knowledge of products and what's good for different types of pets if your not sure on something.
Usually have all items however, as like all retail places, dependent upon lorry drivers arriving so may om rare occasion find an item temporarily out of stock, so replace before you run out I'd say to be safe. I've not been disappointed yet though as always had what I needed.

Great shop for pet supplies , If you get the App you get sent quite a few offers and discounts so well worth using if you're a regular , Always has what I need in for my dogs

Staff were helpful and got what I needed

I always find the staff at Pets at Home very helpful. The purchase I was making was too heavy for me to carry so I asked a gentleman if he would carry it to the till for me. He went above n beyond as he also waited in line until I was served and then carried it to the car for me. (ps Yes, he did work there, not just some random bloke I press ganged into helping me.).

The staff are very polite and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them to help with. Well done guys , keep it up.

The staff are always lovely, expecially Aaron and Amy! They’re both so lovely, helpful every time and always manage to share their positive glow with others. Very happy every time I go in, I always look forward to seeing these two.

We visited pets at home to purchase a hamster for my animal crazy daughter. We asked a member of staff for some advice and help as we have never had a hamster before. A man called rich helped us, he was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Answered any questions we had in great detail. He definitely knows his stuff. Nothing was rushed and gave us advice on how to keep the hamster and happy and healthy as it grows.
I now have a very happy daughter.

This place has everything for your pets. You can even take them in with you. Some items are cheaper elsewhere but you can build up loyalty points, it all depends on your level of spending. The staff are all polite, very helpful and dedicated. The store is always spotless too. A pleasure to visit, if only to browse.
