The Farmhouse Kitchen

A great place to meet up with friends for a lunch. The food is tasty and not too pricey. It's a nice area to eat in and there is loads to do around Millet's farm afterwards. The portions are a good size and there always seems to be ample seating available. The bathrooms, and especially the baby changing rooms, are really nice.

Beautiful views, perfect for sunny days. The outside dining area is lovely, with views to the farm.
They offer vegan and vegetarian English breakfast / brunch options.

The restaurant and the farm had multiple families with kids dining when we visited, but it also offers an "adult-only quiet zone" for the diners who wish to dine with some peace 👍
It is a very kid-friendly restaurant, offering a nice menu for kids too.

Really good food. The vegetarian sausage and mash was exceptionally delicious. Highly recommended. It was very busy when we visited, the quiet room was full, had we found a table in there it would have rated full marks. Great place for young families, but the sound is magnified by the high ceilings.

Very nice place to go for a pizza or small lunch. Stops serving dinners at 3pm. The quiet room is nice. It's all wheelchair accessible. The entire site is.

The staff was very polite and helpful. You do need to find a reserved plaque and place it on your table so you can order food as you need your table number to order as the food comes out to you. Food was lovely and hot but as it was a busy day took a while to come out. Chips was amazing they didn't need any extra salt as had seasoning on them already.
Definitely recommend this place.

Great service, very clean and lovely music, creating a calm and pleasant environment. It can get a bit noisy when folk off families, but they have a quiet room if you need it.

A lovely place to spend time with a little one. Animals, play place, restaurant and farm.shop. Plenty of parking.

Afternoon Tea, present for Father's day from my Girls. Lovely food A1 service. Very enjoyable.

There didn't seem like a huge choice for toddlers/kids to eat, but we eventually went with the 'Lunchbag' option where you choose 5 (quite healthy) items plus a drink for £4.95. It went down a treat!! I had the tuna melt panini, which came with gorgeous coleslaw & a side salad. I was very impressed as it was hot & delicious. (The pizzas looked amazing too!!) The service was fast and friendly. Lots of natural light and plenty of seating. Definitely recommend.

Always high quality food and great vegan breakfasts. The quiet area is my favourite eventhough not always quiet as this place is super busy most times

Just had a pot of tea but service and tea was just what I needed. Clean loos too and a warm and relaxing place to sit after a long journey.

Amazing food! Had a nice brunch here before we visited the grounds. Definitely a cosy place to catch up with people - the food is tasty and staff is super friendly :)

Nice food. Sausages and bakon were great. Daft way of ordering, paying, giving table number, then waiting around for your drinks to be made, then back to your table to wait for your food. Bit loud in the restaurant area, however there is a quiet room.

I was glad to find an area called quiet seating out of the way of the Bank Holiday noise.

Excellent food for better price if you compare with restaurants in London. Tomato and basil soup (soup of the day) was great, butter poached cod with baby potatoes also highly recommend. Cod was kind of European style, without batter, but very very good.

They've improved the restaurant here, the flow of people is better. The pizza is amazing, cooked in a pizza oven so the base is gorgeously crispy. The staff are really friendly and when my son accidentally dropped a tray and smashed a plate they were very kind and made him feel better as he was shocked when it happened. There are new toilets, so there are more than before and also baby changing facilities.
