UK Hand Car Wash

I went down with hubby yesterday (sunday afternoon) , and washed my car , they were very busy , shout out to jerry who took over my car and went an extra mile , checked everything before handing the keys , will be back soon 😀😀😀

Our first time for a medium-sized car, basic inside and outside clean for £25. On this day, there wasn't a queue behind us. In this context, our overall comment here is that the wash was merely OK.

However, for the price they are charging, I would say that the care and attention to detail are lacking. For instance, the inside of the windscreen still has large visible patches of the cleaning liquid used. I would have thought that in this area of the car, they would take the time to polish it properly due to obvious reasons related to visibility. This wasn't done properly.

I normally use another car wash in Mayford (towards Woking), and their prices are comparable, but the results are visibly cleaner.

No one expects a car wash to be perfect, but there are some details, such as the windscreen, which, as a customer, I would want to be done properly. I won't bother returning here.

Tried it, see results... Back to Jacobs Well it is.

No receipt for claiming back either.

I'm sure they do a stellar job washing cars but on a general note, a bit of politeness can only help their business. I was reversing into a space to park at the garden centre when suddenly one of the car wash guys came rushing and parked a car across two bays including the one I was reversing into, effectively blocking me from parking. If the guy had just told me they were holding the spots for the car wash customers I'd have happily supported and parked elsewhere. This churlish/unpleasant behaviour really isn't cute guys.

Read super wash as £30 ... guy says £35 for a wash and vacuum... geez.
Not even properly cleaned near the centre area or the doors and no air fresher given a lot the end

Too shocked at the price and the quality don't waste your time and money

Good clean on the ourside then you drive out into muddle puddles and gravel carpark so not the best location for a car wash.

Other place in old woking is 20 . Should have listened to the other recommendations and waited to go there instead

Not the greatest clean at all, but to make matters worse charged £30 for a basic wash and inside clean, on a standard size car! Clay lane cleans my 12 seater mini bus for cheaper and better! Absolutely shocking prices

Do not go here. They damage your car and then get defensive and aggressive when you pick them up on it. Avoid!!!!

£25 !!!for just the outside of my transit van. Don't bother the price goes up as you drive through !
