Had a composite front door. Ray helped me choose which door and colour would suit my house. approximately 8 weeks later he came and fitted it. I am over the moon with it. great safety features also holds in warmth. work was done quickly, with no mess at all. Since then I have had ALL my windows and back door changed too. This time a team of 3 did the work. so polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Worked hard and quickly. Thank you lads. will definately use heritage again. You get what you pay for. heritage is QUALITY .

Well I can honestly say I am over the moon with the job done by Darren and Cliff who worked tirelessly even through some adverse weather conditions.
The whole experience with Heritage Home Improvements was excellent from start to finish. Simon, the sales guy provided my quote and went out of his way to ensure everything I asked was answered promptly including arranging for some photos from a similar recent job to help me make up my mind. There was no pressure whatsoever and the price was competitive.
I would strongly recommend this company if you are considering a similar job, you will not be disappointed.

Great service from Heritage; following loss of a ridge tile during a recent storm, we decided to replace all the ridge tiles on the roof with dry-verge fix system.

Finding a reputable company or contractor can be challenging and we'd had had a poor experience with 'roofers' before, so we organised several quotes (we had about 4 in the end) and although Heritage were not the cheapest, they seemed to be the most professional. Simon came to visit just after the New Year return to work to discuss the job and quoted. Once we agreed, the job was booked in. The following day, the surveyor came out and ordered the materials and scaffolding, which were all arranged for the following week. We were pleased with the whole process and whilst a little more than perhaps a sole-trader roofer, the quotes we had were not a million miles away from each other, so they're fairly competitive.

As expected, the scaffolding was erected on time and the roofers arrived first thing on the Monday to start the job. Despite a slight hiccup in materials ordering, with a couple of tiles short (the order didn't allow the 5% standard breakages margin), they sorted it out by going to fetch the missing 2 and were done before lunchtime.

The finished result is now a neat, tidy and worry-free roofline.

My only (slight) criticism would be the the overall cost, as they were complete in less than half a day. 2 roofers, so that's one man-day of work. Saying that, the guys were great, didn't mess about upon arrival and cracked on immediately and left no mess (all waste was put into their supplied Hippo bag). Even Stuart was surprised how quick they completed.

We are now just waiting for the waste to be collected by Hippo and the scaffolding to be removed (which Stuart has now started to arrange). I like the way that there is no messing about, or unnecessary, drawn out processes; everything was arranged more or less there and then, so we knew what to expect.

In conclusion, the million dollar question is: Would I use Heritage again, or recommend them? Yes, I would.

Wow wow WOW. Cannot RECOMMENDED this company enough! They have totally transformed a glass conservatory roof into a solid all year warm one!
It was a tricky one to build as it was very close to the neighbours garage and they didn’t think it could be done- but with their knowledge and professionalism they did it!! Right down to the plasters- no time wasted!! I’m so happy!!!!!

Recently had a roof replacement completed with a dry fix system. The work was completed very efficiently and the workers were very courteous, arrived on time, polite and very respectful.
Following completion of the work a full clean of the front and rear of the property was completed. Overall extremely satisfied with the work.

Excellent service. Work beginning was delayed 1 day due to previous job but communication was brilliant. Workmen did a great job and left everything tidy on completion, would definitely recommend.

I have had a front porch built and I am extremely pleased with the finished work. The two builders, Alan and Andrea were very hard working, helpful and very friendly. If in the future I need other work done I would not hesitate in contacting Heritage Home Improvements.

Excellent: flat roof repaired and re-covered with Firestone rubber and conservatory guttering realigned and replaced. Everyone turned up on time and job was completed with all debris removed. After other companies had wasted our time, it was such a relief to find Heritage.

A few weeks ago we had our guttering facias and soffits replaced by Heritage, and we are very pleased with the job they have done. We had scaffolding all around the house and they completed the work in just 2 days! They were quick, but very good at their job and the results were amazing; highly recommend them.

Had soffits and facias replaced and really pleased with the result, which has made such a difference to the outlook of the house. Although there was a slight problem afterwards resulting in an issue on both ours and our neighbours gutters, the team came out, replaced a seal and sorted the drainage problem. Very happy with the result, how hard they worked and would definitely use them again.

Excellent service, very professional. Had a completely new roof and rebuild of chimney. The guys all worked hard, and got on with the job whilst being polite and tidy too. Stuart said it would take two weeks to finish, and all was completed on time, in 10 working days.

We had a relatively small alteration, removing a aged patio door and replacing with a hardwood stable door of our own choosing. Heritage provided an excellent quote and we booked them to do it. The standard of workmanship was outstanding and the tradesman that did the various aspects of the job were all very friendly and went above and beyond. I have now finished the decorating and what we now have is exactly as I had imagined it to be. We're delighted and we'll definitely use them again.

When you decide to have a conservatory built, it is such a big decision with all the companies and different designs that out there, it's difficult to choose. When Heritage came to quote us all the anxiety and worry took a back seat. I couldn't be any happier with the finish product. Our fitters Cliff and Daz were outstanding. They worked above and beyond what was required of them. Their work was efficient and they cleaned up every single night before leaving. I am so impressed with their workmanship that I will definitely be using them for new windows around my house next year.
