Had the most positive telephone appointment today. Huge thank you to Dr Jenkins for your understanding and professionalism. I’m really lucky to have such a great surgery

I needed to speak with a GP late on a Friday evening. I did ring outside the allocated time to request this but the receptionist said she would send a message to tne duty Dr. He rang me at 6.10pm. He prescribed my medication and had it put in the 24hr collection point. My husband was then able to collect it for me so I had it for the weekend. Amazing GP practice.

I went this week for a blood test, and in the past I've had terrible experiences of having blood taken so I do get really anxious and stressed having them done. I believe it was Cheryl who took my bloods and honestly she was the best person that has ever done them. She was so kind, caring and completely understood that I was nervous and found ways to distract me and keep me calm throughout the whole process. I felt extremely comfortable and well taken care of. I never leave reviews but I just felt that she is such a wonderful person and is an absolute credit to the team that I had to leave a review! I'm sure her name was Cheryl but if it wasn't I'm so sorry! We spoke about animals and her little chipmunk! Thank you so much, you have provided me with such a wonderful experience that now when I have them done again, I can think of you and how well I was treated, as opposed to the one that left me slightly traumatised all those years ago! It means so much to have such a caring and understanding person with something like this, and Cheryl could not have done a better job. I can't thank you enough!

Excellent surgery. Doctors who listen and will see you on the day you call if necessary. Lovely nurses and polite receptionists.

Very good group practice with excellent facilities including an on site pharmacy.
Generally easy enough to get a prompt appointment. I do it online, but can arrange by phone as well, or just turn up to open surgery.
Doctors all good, sympathetic and competent.

Fantastic local GPs with attached pharmacy for prescriptions. Staff and GPs really make an extra effort to care for you. Keep up the excellent work. 10/10.

My husband and I, (no, I'm not the Queen), visited today for our 'flu jabs, on a Sunday. Brilliantly organised, temperature taken, registered, then jab given and out at a separate exit. Very impressed and all socially distanced.

Great surgery, everyone from reception to administration to the pharmacy to the nurses and doctors themselves are very friendly, helpful and caring and do their upmost to accommodate everyone safely and in a timely manner.

Myself and my wife moved to Grey Gable Surgery from pershore. The doctors and all the staff are fantastic.

Just took my 5 year old daughter and they couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful, from the reception, to the doctor and the pharmacy.
