Abingdon Airfield

We went to attend fireworks event, it was really fun event to attend with family, all arrangements were very well managed, toilets, parking, entertainment everything was there. They did some air plane tricks and hot air balloon was also there. And at last, fireworks show was such amazing experience, we enjoyed a lot the whole event. I will recommend to go and enjoy this.

Did my parachute training course at Number 1 training school there in the seventies. I remember, with fond memories, the Friday nights at the 101 club there, relaxing with the wrafs and local ladies.

I went to a fireworks display here by Xplosive fireworks. and it was the best display I've ever seen, so many activities for everyone and a lot of facilities so little quing times. Coming back next year 👍

Went for an xplosive event, truly an amazing day out. Loved the fireworks, the atmosphere, the staff and volunteers were lovely. Would definitely go again!!

A very big open space! Unless the airshow is on, at which time, there's not much space but lots of lovely planes!

No facilities at the airfield normally but always a hive of activity for the annual Air and Country Show.

Went there for the fireworks, great event like always and you will not be disappointed, the spectator area is huge, can easily social distance
