I recently moved house with Carson & Co and it was a refreshing experience following a number of incredibly frustrating encounters with other Estate Agents. The process was quick and efficient. We appreciated the personal touch and interest right up to moving day, and would highly recommend.

Carson and co were the agents who helped with my purchase in August 2021. They always responded to my calls or called back if not in, communicated with the seller when necessary and were generally very polite and helpful. There were times when we thought it may not proceed due to a few issues but the positivity and calm reassurance from Carson and Co was always appreciated.

My experience with Carson&Co was great!

Moving houses can be very stressful but thanks to Anna and Louise that work in Woking branch getting a flat we liked and whole paperwork process was easy.

My concerns and queries were looked after straight away and we did get the keys very quick.

Anna and Louise did help us so much to get the property and I really felt valued. Plus this two ladies were not just another agents at work. I feel like theye went beyond and are simply very friendly, still very professional, just lovely adorable ladies! They let me feel at ease.

I been with Carson & Co for 4 years . The team I signed up with at the beginning of my tenancy was not great and I was not planing to continue with Carson & Co. Gary Woollen worked tirelessly with me to complete the sale on my property. He arranged an open house and succeeded in finding a buyer the same day. He responded promptly to all my questions and due to the wonders of modern technology the whole process was completed remotely. Very friendly and attentive staff. Finding a buyer took a long time in the current Covid climate, but no one ever gave up. Liaison between the agent and their recommended solicitor was very smooth.

These guys have been actively trying to sell my parents house and we have so nearly sold twice however through no fault of theirs the sales collapsed. Sara -who is now in the West Byfleet office has shared my pain throughout and has gone the extra mile at all times.From the off I have not felt I was dealing with ‘estate agents’ if you understand my meaning!
