Stayed at Premier Inns before, know we can generally trust them to be clean and practical. This is all we expected and room wise what we got, the beds are extremely comfortable, the towels clean and soft, and the room clean. But the staff were exceptional! Specifically Anna on the front desk, not only was she just genuinely lovely and welcoming, but my daughter mentioned it had been her birthday the day before, and when we came back that evening she had filled the room with balloons, a card and a box of chocolates! We were amazed and absolutely delighted!!
The breakfast was fantastic, and the chef was so lovely to the children and nothing seemed to much trouble!
Absolutely wonderful experience, we will use this hotel everytime we go to visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, the hospitality provided by the staff members was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff member who assisted me was very knowledgeable about the hotel's amenities and nearby locations. Throughout my stay, the staff members happily assisted to ensure comfort and satisfaction. The room was above expectations, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants and shopping centres.

Would recommend it!!!!!!

We paid money and were given a room. A quiet room! A clean room! It's much better than Travelodge and its not too expensive. It's easy to get too. Though it doesn't have on-site parking. We had to pay a whopping £9 in the shopping centre car park (which is actually really cheap - I was charged £40 for a few hours in Oxford once. I had to re-mortgage to pay for the Q-Park in Liverpool) its a short walk away, secure and worth it.

It all went well. It was nice. We weren't murdered in our sleep. There was air con. Though a lack of USB near the bed for all those gadgets. Bathroom was great and had actual pump soap and not that vinegar you get in other chains!

We paid for the breakfast which was painfully, painfully, abysmally bad. We should have saved the £20 and maybe had a lick of a lollipop we'd found on a rug which would have been tastier. I spent most of the day chateau-ing myself all over Chessington. Lovely!

Notable was a 5 year old who looked like they'd contracted something from 12 Monkeys gleefully, and openly coughing all over all of the breakfast fare - though we did manage to keep something down. But if the world goes to pot again in a pandemic, I've £20 says that breakfast bar was ground zero.

Staff were all lovely and polite. Couldn't fault them. Would we stay again? absolutely. Would we have breakfast again? hahahahahahahaha hahahahahahaha ... no.

Fantastic staff and we can’t fault this Premier Inn. PARKING: if you drive along VICTORIA WAY towards the Premier Inn take the last turning before the bend into EAST parking. When inside follow RED parking and park as far to the East as you can. This means that you’re just 3-4 minute walk away. Enjoy.

I brought my fiancee here (because I've lived here my entire life) last March and again this week with my fiancee.

The staff are tremendous. The only complaint I have aesthetically is that they don't have smart TVs or fridges. And although an incident occured at the hotel this past weekend, the management was dealing with the problem immediately and took care of us.

They may need more staff because of being overwhelmed sometimes but who doesn't.

If we come back to Woking; we will always stay there!

Amazing Staff! The manager was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to please us as customers. Incredible hotel, parking is £10 a night on site if there is space with disabled parking. Food is outstanding full of flavour cooked inside the hotel. Would recommend to anyone! One of the best Premier Inns I have stayed in by far.

Needed a hotel room very last minute after all trains were cancelled and taxis unavailable. Daniel and Haymond on reception were extremely helpful and accommodating - even a managed to get me dairy free milk for my tea, fill up my water bottle etc. despite it being the middle of the night! Also, vending machines on site were a great plus. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you're in the area and would like to say thank you to staff for such excellent service!

As always a comfortable stay. Good breakfast. No restaurant in the evenings I stayed however there are plenty of places nearby and I would definitely recommend venturing out to many of the independent restaurants.

Incredible value. Staff friendly and breakfast options very good. Location is 3 mins walk from town centre, 5-10 from station.

This hotel is everything I don't normally like in a hotel. It's one of Premier's styled inner city/town hotels that's run on a low number of staff, has the ability to check in and collect your key and drop off your key without needing to interact with any staff and has no room service. In some ways it feels more impersonal but I guess it's aimed at city business people and day trippers on a schedule. That said, I can't fault it. The staff who are here are excellent and polite, the rooms are the usual Premier standard, it's quiet, the attached restaurant serves good enough dinner and a lovely breakfast selection. I've stayed in a lot worse places. Sure, if I went into hotel inspector mode i could probably find fault somewhere, but it does everything that it should and to a good standard.

Nice place to stay on work visit, not really a family hotel as there is no view here. Rooms are properly sized and comfortable. The only trouble is non openable windows, after spending few continues days of stay your room start stinking to yourself and there is no way to get fresh breath. Not a great breakfast for vegetarian as neither pancakes not crossaints are freshly cooked. Non veg might be cooked there...

Booking in with no problems, room clean and tidy and food well up to standard. Could park at rear of hotel but not given the choice on website when booking. Otherwise no problems

Excellent premier Inn have stayed here twice. Staff are very friendly, family room very comfortable and breakfast highly recommended. Recommend this hotel highly if planning a family trip to London. Only 25 mins on train to waterloo. Parking not too much of an issue ...shopping centre car park over the road £11 per 24hrs. Still way cheaper than a hotel in London.

18 of us were transferred here from Birmingham airport after out flight was cancelled. The hotel was amazing, welcoming and friendly, accomadated all our needs and opened the kitchen for us all with only 2 hours notice. They had a full menu (despite the late notice) and bended over backwards to give us a relaxing stress free stay after the nightmare of a day we had until we arrived.

Great hotel, friendly staff. We had a good family room on the top floor. Lifts worked well. Breakfast was the best bit! Our bed was a bit soft.

Spent 3 good nights here last week. Rooms excellent and breakfasts very good. Matthew in the restaurant very helpful and other staff excellent too. A question - how is it the hotels fault if the council are doing massive roadworks in Woking?

We stayed here for a few days whilst our house was being renovated and can honestly say it was excellent service from start to finish. We can't speak highly enough of Kevin in particular who was a true professional and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended! Mike C
