Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Woking

After bad experiences with another big high street opticians I decided to switch to Specsavers. The staff at Woking were brilliant with a warm welcome, especially having a young baby with me they were quick and very understanding. I first spoke with Andy who was lovely and informative, followed by my eye examination with Jess. She was thorough with my examination, and knowing I wanted contacts she carried out double checks to make sure the prescription would be perfect for me. Then knowing I would have to have a teaching lesson and make an another appointment, they managed to squeeze me in with Lexie who was also so helpful. Brilliant team and will be sticking with them in the future!

I have to agree with the majority of comments below, the quality of the service here is excellent. I've been in recently for both sight and hearing appointments and everyone has been fantastic. Appointments are always on time, the staff are very welcoming from the minute you arrive and really clear in explaining everything during the discussions. Really good!

I visited Woking Specsavers on Thursday 1st Feb 24 as my glasses needed urgent repair. A very pleasant and helpful young man named Ray had a look at them, took them away and reappeared in no more than 10 minutes with them repaired.....brilliant!

Blown away by the level of customer service from this branch. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Ray in particular really helped me with ensuring my glasses were the perfect fit, thank you.

After having my eye test done and glasses here and am received great service I returned today for a slight adjustment that was free.
The gentleman who served me was fantastic very helpful.
I then watched them help two elderly customers and was impressed with how good they were.

I have been seeing Nicky Denny for contact lenses and I have to say I’m so pleased I found her. She is extremely knowledgeable and outstandingly professional in the customer care she provides. She takes the time to really get to know your concerns and difficulties and strives to get you 20-20 vision.

I have been with Specsavers since I needed, I recommend Spacsavers without any doubt, they are profissiona, caring, in no rush to send people away, yhey explain everything necessary and answer our questions. Im very . I;m very satisfied from the beginning.

I was treated as a new patient very courteously at Woking Specsavers. My eye test was carried out by a very competent experienced Optometrist and a very competent Dispensing Optician helped to choose my new frames and carried out the necessary work with regard to the placement of the lenses into the frames. The new glasses fitted very comfortably straight away with minimal adjustments.
Net result: A very comfortable pair of glasses giving me excellent all round vision with the variofocal lenses.

smooth and efficient check in, friendly staff. I opted for an OCT scan as well, definitely worth doing for a more in depth result. A very professional and reassuring appointment all round.

Definitely the best, very clean and tidy, sanitised all over the place at every single customer, doctors and staff very keen on the customer, friendly, gentle, to top it the best prices around, starting from 19 pounds per glasses, which helps even people that cannot afford much
