Had an issue with a PCN as I m new to area and had inadvertently gone into a bus lane. Glen Hussey was not only helpful,he waived the charge as it was my first offence. Most helpful and understanding. Thanks

I do not have any housing queries but over the last 5 years I have found them very efficient and willing to help with planning enquiries and making payments for green bins etc. The waste collection system works very well.

From my dealing with the council, I have found them efficient and responsive.

Seriously they aren't the most cleaver people are they,
"Oh yes let's rip up shearwater and build over it"

Woking taxis dont know that they are not allowed to play for hire or park on other towns taxi ranks.Are they not properly informed of the rules or are they just not very bright?

Quite frankly a money extorting organisation setup in the guise of representing its constituents, whereas in reality, seemingly their main and only concern is extracting maximum £'s from the people they represent.
Seemingly there are all manner of tricks, charging you council tax for an empty property, parking tickets if you are 5 seconds late; I'm sure many more.
Another great trait, is hounding you for payments even if you are out of the country, giving you methods of paying which are difficult if you are travelling, but still hounding you even when you give them all your payment card details to get them off you back, however of course, they can't accept a payment that way?!.

They want money from you? - they will hound you, you lodge a complaint with them? - you will be lucky to hear anything. This kind of service and blatant disregard for anything other than extracting funds, quite frankly feels criminal and shouldn't be tolerated in our society.
