We were abroad on holiday when our son at our home in Banstead (on his own) called to say power was suddenly down at the house - fuse box tripping and won't reset. It was the evening ...I called EHV from overseas! They got their electrician out to our house 35 mins later! He quickly tested things, then traced and fixed the problem. EHV were very helpful and nice to deal with throughout. The electrician clearly knew what he was doing. On top of that hey charged me much less than I was expecting for out-of-hours emergency call-out. Allowed me to get back to my holiday and relax! Highly recommended.

The engineers ( Plumber and Gas )were knowledgeable and has so much patience with all my questions. They gave me peace of mind. all round a good service.

This company arranged the annual service for my combi boiler.The staff who contacted me to arrange the service and confirmation the day before were lovely - professional, polite and friendly. They also confirmed everything by email. Engineer Lewis was great! He phoned to tell me he was on his way. On arrival he was friendly and very polite. He removed his shoes on without me having to ask. He was incredibly thorough and went through all the results of what he had done and the ‘health’ of the boiler. Well done Lewis, Staff and EHV!!

What a difference a service (and the replacement of some parts) makes to the boiler and water supply. Great service from office and engineer on site and thorough check afterwards made this a very satisfying experience.

The EHV engineer serviced our boiler and unvented heating system. He also successfully resolved a water pressure issue and replaced various parts. He did a thorough job and clearly explained what he was doing. Communication from the customer service team was also excellent. Happy customer!

My kitchen light was not working so I contacted EHV. They sorted out the fault and gave me an estimate to fix it. The work was very neatly carried and I am very pleased with the result.

From the first contact this company was 5 stars. Very efficient and great value for money, they made the whole process of fitting a new thermostat straightforward.

They were very professional from the first contact with the company, all the way through to post completion contact to ensure we were happy with the work and to make sure everything was working as expected. All staff were polite, professional, knew what they were doing and took pride in their work.

We have been fortunate to have been able to access a range of services from EHV over a number of years. Their input has included difficult access problems, for example finding and accessing main water pipes for a new build downstairs toilet extension; removing and installing a new gas boiler situated in the loft. In addition EHV renovated our upstairs bathroom, efficiently sourcing chosen fixtures, fittings and heating. Their workforce including plumbers, tilers, electricians, are of a high calibre and expertise. The standard of work and finish has always been excellent, and they always protect the surroundings, and remain careful and courteous throughout.

Finally, the head of EHV services, always maintains personal supervision and support of the work and workforce, both visiting the site, and via telephone. The work is costed fairly.

Carried out my boiler service in behalf of Corgi. New part needed, fitted, no problem

EHW installed a new replacement boiler and Nest remote programmer system together with other minor plumbing works. Based upon the works carried out, I would highly recommend EHW both in terms of quality and cost which I found reasonably competitive against comparable quotes.
