I had a sudden problem in my car and every Mercedes specialist I called gave me either an appointment 2 weeks later or their prices were ridiculous. I spoke to Keith, he saw my car immediately and asked me to come the next day to get it sorted. The next day it was and for reasonable price. Very polite and excellent service. I am very happy and will go back again.

Excellent. Gave my twenty seven year old car a thorough check and discovered a dangerous steering fault. Fixed in a matter of days (as soon as parts were available) at an extremely reasonable cost. Took time to discuss my particular model and give me advice on future maintenance. This is where I’ll be taking my Merc a124 from now on. Thank you Keith and the team.

I phoned this company in October 22 to say my Merc E3.20 Gearbox was stuck in 3rd gear and they diagnosed it over the phone and fixed it the next day for a few hundred pounds. Im sure most garages would of charged me the earth. These guys are honest and they know there product. Highly recommend them. Pete

After having quite a few issues with my CLK430 the Merc Medics came to the rescue. I thought I knew quite a bit about my car, but after some issues Duncan was able to rapidly fix it. And save me a tone of time and money. Can’t rate them enough.

Used for all maintainance and repairs for over 8 years and always had brilliant work and good value. Not pushy. Has only done necessary work and proposed items to keep aware of in case of future problems. Not all garages do this.

Great chap, good communications and fun mercs as loan cars. No you won’t get a cappuccino and posh waiting room but you’ll get a good service and an honest quote.

I spent hours calling numerous Mercedes main dealers and specialists, to find out if my car has an LSD. Nobody could give me a definitive answer until I called Merc medic. Their confidence in their knowledge gave me peace of mind.
