We booked to have our tyres inspected / changed because one of them was going flat. Whilst the appointment took a bit longer than they had estimated, the staff were extremely helpful. They showed us a video of the nail in the tyre and explained why they couldn’t legally repair it. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the delivery of the tyres we had chosen, but they gave us tyres of the same quality / value at a discounted price checking first we were happy with that and honestly laying out the options. They kept us informed as we went along and overall were just really friendly, helpful and apologetic. We’re not local, but if we were I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. Top notch customer service

Very fast service, reasonable quote for job. This is definitely my go to garage from now on....and they do an option to pay over a set period which we could all do with right now. Thank you guys

Had my brake fluid changed and while doing it they noticed I was missing a wheel nut, so they ordered and fitted one for me on the day with no charge. Very friendly, efficient service so I booked my MOT with them for next week as well. Thank you Martin and team.

UPDATE: Having previously only had the MOT carried by this branch, I had a Major Service carried by this branch yesterday. All completed without any fuss. The branch had to move my original service booking due to staff sickness on the day I booked. I didn't ask for this but a nice gesture by this branch was to give me a bit of refund for my inconvenience of having the service day changed.

This branch carried out carried out an MOT for me yesterday. It was all done on time and within the booked time slot. As an added bonus it was cheaper than the standard MOT price too.

Had my MOT done here, brilliant service. Easy to book an appointment at a time convenient to me. Friendly staff were ready when I arrived and completed the MOT in the hour as expected. Would definitely recommend.

I booked for MOT and for brake discs/pad change. Martin was superb, his customer service skills always leaves an positive stamp on the day, what a asset to the Halfords team. Definitely I have become an regular customer here because of great service provided.

This is one of two garages I would be happy to go back to out of my entire 48 years of driving. Honest, helpful and good value for money, compared to all the others I have used. Brilliant!

Sometimes things don't go right, but that's when true customer service shines through. Amir not only put the issue right but went above and beyond so demonstrate I was a valued customer. Turned a negative into a positive - can't ask for more

I used this garage for the MOT on my Ford Focus (mainly because I had a discount code emailed to me and money is a little tight at the mo). My car passed (I'm always extremely nervous with MOTs in case something major crops up). The staff there were very friendly with just the right amount of covid prevention as well.
Would recommend people to consider using this garage in the future

Had a MOT done. Booking it was really easy online. Had a text reminder the day before.
Invoice was emailed rather than paper, much better.
I left the car there 30 minutes before it was due and picked it up a couple of hours later. All very efficient.

Went in to have my brakes checked and although it was busy, the staff fitted me in and got the work done. All the staff were really friendly and made me feel at ease. I'm really pleased with the job that was done. Alex, the manager was really friendly. I have been using Halfords Autocentre in Woking for years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have always had excellent customer service and the prices are fair.

I had to reschedule my MOT and a lovely lady called Zoe was very helpful and managed to ensure I was fitted in that very day. A lovely helpful chap called Martin looked after me, very professional and friendly. Great service and highly recommend.

This was my first visit to Halfords Autocentre. I only went because they could carry out the replacement of two tyres the following day whereas my usual garage couldn't fit it in for over a week. The experience was fantastic, much better then I was expecting. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, I will certainly be returning when my car is due its next service and MOT.
